Notice on NDTV

Sub: Request to set the undersigned free from illegal confinement with compensation of Rs.50 Crores and an outright apology.
Dear Sir,
You and your company (i.e M/s NDTV Convergence Ltd.,) have kept the undersigned  as ‘captive’ using some advanced high tech technology in complete violation of United Nation Human Rights Charter for last six and half years.
During this period of confinement, the undersigned survived and still suffrings many physical attacks and many inhuman tortures  on my life in several times in last six and half years.
This is completely illegal and inhuman and in complete violation of relevant law of the land.
Therefore, you are requested to set the undersigned free at once from this illegal confinement with compensation of Rs.50 Crores and an outright apology.

The Prime Minister of India: Respected Sir, in my fifth petition submitted to The President of India on 12.09.2011 (Copy Enclosed), I requested her to, ‘Kindly advice your Government to ask NDTV to set me free with adequate compensation (Rs. 50 Crores) and outright apology. In case NDTV won’t listen to your Government’s plea, then ask your Government to use force to rescue my life from their hand and arrest & punish all those criminals.’ I still hope your Government will do accordingly as I requested.
In the mean time, I served this Notice on Dr. Pronoy Roy, Chairman, M/s NDTV Convergence Ltd., to set me free from this illegal confinement with compensation of Rs.50 Crores and an outright apology; with a copy of it to you.
Respected Sir, I am fearing of my death under this situation. In case of my death under this situation; please seize entire properties (both movable & immovable, including their entire share holding in M/s NDTV Convergence Ltd., and in any other company/ firm/trust etc.)  of Dr. Pronoy Roy and his wife, Mrs. Radhika Roy and hand over those properties to my father after my death.
