Sub: Plea to rescue my life from the hands of my captors.
Respected Madam,
Respected Madam, only recently, I came to know that it is NDTV, a private news channel, who kept me as captive illegally (using some unknown advanced high tech technology) violating UNHR Charter for last six and half years. This is completely illegal and inhuman confinement and in complete violation of all prevailing law of the land. During this period of illegal confinement, I survived and still sufferings many physical (murderous) attacks and many inhuman tortures on my life in several times in last six and half years.

Respected Madam,
I already submitted five petitions to you seeking your help to get freedom, adequate compensation and outright apology. I also submitted more than 21 petitions to Hon’ble Prime Minister of India and to Mrs. Sonia Gandhi for freedom, adequate compensation and outright apology. But nothing came out. I am still a captive and a worst victim of Human Rights abuse.
Respected Madam, just after the ‘bloodbath’, I submitted a petition to you requesting you to advice your Government to arrest and punish those culprits who did the bloodbath, but your Government did not take any action against those culprits. Many big and powerful people of this country directly involved in the bloodbath. Even the Prime Minister of India directly involved in the conspiracy of bloodbath. This is evident from the fact that just after the bloodbath, one Rajdeep Sardesai, a news reader of CNN IBN came to Guwahati to justify the bloodbath. After that he met the Prime Minister at PMO with few more people. This clearly shows The Prime Minister of India directly involved in the conspiracy of bloodbath. Prime Minister of India should not involve in any criminal conspiracy in murdering (or attempting to murder) a helpless citizen. But, Dr. Manmohan Singh is directly involved in the criminal conspiracy of a heinous crime of such a nature. He is the first Prime Minister in the history of independent India directly involved in the criminal conspiracy of a heinous crime of such a nature.
Respected Madam, living a life inside this furnace for last six and half years, one thing came to my mind in many, many times: ‘Old Glory of Indian Media has gone!’. Many knew my sufferings, but nobody wrote a word on my sufferings-in spite of the fact that many among them made huge amount of money out of my life-illegally, in humanly and without my knowledge and consent. (More than 70% of NDTV’s revenue and more than 40% of CNN IBN’s revenue in last six and half years are out of my life i.e, out of the life of a helpless captive!) But most disturbing fact is that few of them (mostly from NDTV and one from CNN-IBN ) are criminal and murderer. Most Ministers of Government of India aware about it (including your Prime Minister). But instead of taking any action against those people, some ministers of Government of India are openly hobnobbing with those criminal and murderer. Respected Madam, as you are aware that no victim can live in peace while his murderer/ tormentor roam freely around him.
respected madam, MY INFLUENCE (MY DREAMS & THOUGHTS) ON THIS COUNTRY IS SO HUGE THAT ONE DAY IT WILL BE DIFFICULT FOR ANYBODY TO WALK SINGLE KILOMETRE OF THIS COUNTRY WITHOUT REMEMBERING ME. Tragedy is that government extracted my dreams & thoughts illegally and inhumanly (without my knowledge & consent). I am being used for the supreme interest of the country- illegally, inhumanly and without my knowledge and consent. My thoughts & ideas changed so many things in this country. My influence (My dreams & thoughts) is there in every ministry of central government and in every state GOVERNMENT. Many people made huge amount of money out of me-illegally and without my knowledge & consent. As you are aware that Government of India used me and MY LIFE under this captive SITUATION FOR bargaining at international level- as if I am a free national property -illegally, inhumanly and without my knowledge & consent . Government even used me and my life under this captive situation to pass many LEGISLATIONs in parliament. After that, Why I got such a punishment-kind of punishment nobody in this world got before me. Therefore, kindly advice government of india to pay compensation of rs.1000 crores with outright apology to me without any further DELAYS.

In my fifth petition to you, I requested you, ‘Kindly advice your Government to ask NDTV to set me free with adequate compensation (Rs. 50 Crores) and outright apology. In case NDTV won’t listen to your Government’s plea, then ask your Government to use force to rescue my life from their hand and arrest & punish all those criminals.’ But Government of India did n’t take any action. Pronoy Roy (for that matter NDTV) is not the emperor of India, they must have to respect the law of the land. They are watching every single second of my life for last six and half years, can they prove a single crime I committed in a court of law?
Therefore, once again I would like to request you, kindly advice your Government to ask NDTV to set me free with adequate compensation (Rs. 50 Crores) and outright apology. In case NDTV won’t set me free with compensation of Rs.50 Crores and outright apology on or before 10.01.2012; then please advise government of India to seize entire properties (both movable & immovable, including their entire shareholding in M/s NDTV Convergence Ltd., and in any other company/ firm/trust etc.) of Dr. Pronoy Roy and his wife, Mrs. Radhika Roy and to hand over all those properties to me.
Respected Madam, I fear of my death under this illegal confinement or because of this illegal confinement. In case of my death under this situation or my death because of this situation in future (such as Death due to cancer because of prolong exposure to electromagnetic radiation/ Death due to injection of slow poisoning liquid into my body); please advise your Government to seize entire properties (both movable & immovable, including their entire shareholding in M/s NDTV Convergence Ltd., and in any other company/ firm/trust etc.) of Dr. Pronoy Roy and his wife, Mrs. Radhika Roy and to hand over all those properties to my father after my death.
