STORY OF MY SUFFERINGS UP TO 18.12. 2012

I am the worst victim of Human Rights abuse. They made me captive using some advanced high tech technology and then gave LIVE access of every second of my life to various news channel and  to all kinds of people to make money and to take benefits illegally and inhumanly and at the cost of my huge sufferings and at the cost of my life, right and dignity. At first I thought, it was Government of India. I thought it was GOI up to march, 2009. In those days, I thought that Government entrapped me and then gave ‘live’ access of my life to all kinds of people of this country. After reading spiritual columns by some spiritual gurus, from 2008-I started believing that along with Government some spiritual gurus also involved.
Since I thought it was Govt of India, I wrote many letters to the Prime Minister of India, President of India to Mrs. Sonia Gandhi seeking freedom, compensation of Rs.1000 crore and an outright apology. I thought private got access to my life and made many movies, songs, tv talk shows and TV commercials etc on me illegally & without my consent & knowledge.  I also sent RTI applications to PMO, MHA & MIB many times. Every time I got a vague reply from them. I also got two irresponsible replies from Chairman, NHRC. By oct,2008, I got upset with private people because in spite of making huge amount of money out of me illegally & inhumanly, they did not bother to utter a word for my freedom. I requested private people many times in my blog in MySpace, Rediff & Yahoo 360 to help me to get out of this situation, but they did n’t listen.
In January, 2009, all of a sudden they started burning me and in one night they took my brain out and burnt it, I became senseless for few moments. They burnt me completely for more than four months. They stopped burning me, when a young man cried out in Facebook, “Holy Cow Burning.”

I went to Delhi from Indore many times, but could not able to approach anybody, as I did not know who my real captors were.  In spite of that I thought Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam knew my sufferings. So I sent three emails in 2007 seeking his help to get out of this situation. When I sent my three first email to him, instead of replying me directly he responded my email by giving an interview to Rediff website. So I sent my second Email, he again responded thro’ rediff website. I again sent another email to him, but this time he too again responded thro’ rediff website. His reply thro’ rediff website greatly disappointed & depressed me. AFTER THAT TOO, IN 2007 & 2008, I WAS AT THE GATE OF DR. APJ IN FOUR OCCASIONS. EVERYTIME, I SUBMITTED A LETTER AT THE GATE AND LATTER CALLED HIS PA, BUT HE REFUSED TO GIVE AN APPOINTMENT TO MEET HIM. IN THOSE DAYS, I THOUGHT IT WAS GOI WHO MADE ME CAPTIVE AND PUNISHED ME IN SUCH A MANNER. THEREFORE I APPROACHED HIM. BUT LATTER I THOUGHT SOME PVT PEOPLE TOO INVOLVED AND DR.APJ WAS ITS LEADER. IN 2011, I CAME TO KNOW IT WAS NDTV ONLY
 From 2007, I used to send many E mails to Arnab Goswami, Rajdeep Sardesai, Barkha Dutta seeking their help to get out of this situation. But I did not receive any reply. In fact, in 2008, every week I used to send an email to Ms. Barkha Dutta of NDTV requesting her to help me out from this situation. She did not respond. I went to both office of NDTV-its okhla office & GK office. I also went many times to offices of Times of India, Hindustan Times & other media houses. But all I got from them negative reply. Many times I tried to contact Barkha Dutt & Pronoy Roy, but they did not respond to my phone call. I gave my message to their PAs, but they did n’t call me back.

IN DEC. 2008, I WENT TO A NEWLY LAUNCHED HINDI DAILY FROM INDORE. NAME MOST LIKELY ‘RAJDHANI PATRIKA’. THEIR OFFICE WAS JUST OPPOSITE TO HT'S INDORE OFFICE. RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME TO COME HALF AN HOUR LATER AS EDITOR
WAS BUSY IN A MEETING. 45 MINUTES LATER, I HAVE SEEN SOME STRANGE POSTERS (WITH SOME STRANGE QUOTES, 'AAP ZAHA BHI ZAYEGA RASHMI DETE RAHEGA'. 'ZAL KOR BHASMA HOO ZAYEGA' ETC. ETC. ) IN THE WALL OF THEIR RECEPTIONIST ROOM. 45 MINUTES EARLIER WHEN I FIRST WENT THERE, THOSE POSTERS WERE NOT THERE. I GOT SO UPSET AND ANGRY THAT I IMMEDIATELY LEFT
THE PLACE.
On March,2009, after the burning incident, I came back from New Delhi to Indore, all of a sudden, I heard some harsh voices in Radio Mirchi. They shouted, “Churunga Naahi, Daya Naahi Karoonga, Khama Naahi Karoonga”;  “Ab tum kiya karega”. Then only I realized these people are my captor. But still I had doubt, I thought probably these were all IB paid agent.

After trying all channels and getting frustrated, on 11.07.2009, I complained to The President of India, against some private people, as I thought, these people might be my captors.  On 19.07.2009, as soon as I reached New Delhi, they started bleeding me; they cut almost my all veins and stabbed in my lever and on other parts of my body. On 26.07.2011, I was about to die and started seeing dark all around me. Probably that would have been my last moment. Luckily my instinct worked, seeing no any other alternative, I murmured, ‘I made a big mistake complaining against these people, I should not have complained.’ This probably satisfied them and they stopped bleeding me. Just after this particular incident, I wrote a letter to The President of India, informing her the incident and requesting her to advise her Government to take action against those people involved in this heinous crime. But Government did not take any action against those people.
After this particular incident, I realized that it was not Government but some private people who made me captive by using some advanced technology and started believing that Government of India most probably does not have sufficient technology to rescue my life from the hands of my captors. Therefore, as a last resort, on 22.08.2009, I appealed to international community to come forward to rescue my life from the hands of my captors. But nothing came out. I am still a captive.
After that too, on one night in 2009, while I was in Guwahati, they removed my heart and hanged it from my neck. My heart was swinging like a pendulum for next 45 days.
 IN JAN 2009, I WAS AT THE GATE OF LK ADVANI FOR SEVEN DAYS. HIS SECURITY GUARD REFUSED ME TO ENTER. SO I WAS STANDING AT HIS GATE. AFTER THAT FROM 2009 TO 2011, I WENT LK'S RESIDENCE FOR MORE THAN NINE TIMES. I TALKED TO HIS PA MANY TIMES AND HANDED OVER MY REQUEST LETTER FOR AN APPOINTMENT MANY TIMES. ONCE I SUBMITTED A LETTER WITH A COPY TO THE EDITORS OF TOI, HT & IE.
Only on late 2011, I got a clue in twitter that most probably it is NDTV, a private news channel of India. At first I found it difficult to believe how a private can news channel can do such in human torture. I still found it difficult to convince myself that a private news channel kept me captive for last 8 years violating UNHRC and did such in human torture on me.
My influence (my dreams & thoughts) on this country is so huge that one day it will be difficult for anybody to walk a kilometre of this country without remembering me. Tragedy is that they extracted my dreams & thoughts illegally and inhumanly (without my knowledge & consent). I am being used for the supreme interest of the country- illegally, inhumanly and without my knowledge and consent. My thoughts & ideas changed so many things in this country. My influence (my dreams & thoughts) is there in every ministry of central government and in every state government. Many people made huge amount of money out of me-illegally and without my knowledge & consent as if I am a free public property to them. They used me and my life under this captive situation at various international forum to protect the supreme interest of the country-illegally, inhumanly and without my knowledge & consent. They even used me and my life under this captive situation to pass many legislations in parliament.
Recently I came to know that they made many body out of me. More than 1000 body.Many body they burnt, many hanged, many such body buried underground. One body hanged thro’ a 2 inch dia pipe ((ground rooted) pierced thro’ my stomach. One body they tightly bolted with large size nut-bolt. One body tied with a huge snake. In one of my body body a huge snake was kept inside my left leg. One body with a three feet long head gear as online transmission tower. One body covered with a jacket filled with mud. One body tied with a bed. How can a private news channel torture an innocent man in such a manner? I hope they will hand over those body & its parts to me-as those are parts of my bones & flesh. We used to cremate our family member's body in our own land, not in some other people's land.
This is illegal and inhuman confinement. I got this punishment because of some private citizen’s private allegation only. I am innocent. There is no charge sheet, not even an FIR against me. Only motive of this confinement is to facilitate some people to make money and to take benefits (illegally & inhumanly) at the cost of my huge sufferings and at the cost of my life, right and dignity. There fore I decided to submit bill to GOI on per hour basis. Accordingly, I sent my first bill to the Prime Minister for an amount of Rs.6,27,600 Crore on 31.05.2012. On 30.06.2012, I sent my second bill for an amount of Rs.6,38,400 Crore. I sent my third bill on 01.08.2012 for an amount of Rs.6,49,560 Crore. On 16.08.2012, I sent my fourth bill for an amount of Rs.6,54,960 Crore. On 01.10.2012, I sent my 7th bill (up to 30th Sept.,2012) for an amount of Rs.6,71,520 Crore to the Prime Minister with a copy to NHRC and few others and on 15.12.2012, I sent my 12 th bill for an amount of Rs.6,98,880 Crore. I also requested prime minister if in case it is NDTV not GOI, then please forward my Bills to Dr. Pronoy Roy and ensure my freedom along with early payment of my dues. In case Dr. Pronoy Roy and his associates refuse to set me free with my dues, I requested The Prime Minister to make necessary provision for capital punishment of them and preservation of their heads in national museum to show to the world what kind of criminal and maniac they are and what they have done to my life in last eight years.
PROBABLY THEY MADE MY WHOLE FAMILY CAPTIVE.IN 2008,MY BROTHER MET AN UNUSUAL ACCIDENT.THAT ACCIDENT OCCURRED, AFTER I WROTE A LETTER TO THE PRIME MINISTER.SOMEHOW HE SURVIVED.ON 29.09.2012, MY FATHER SUFFERED FROM SUDDEN LOOSE MOTION AND PAIN IN HEART. HE IS STILL UNDER TREATMENT.FROM 2005, HE SUFFERED FROM SOME UNUSUAL DISEASES.DOCTORS AT LAKHIMPUR, GUWAHATI & AT APOLO, NEW DELHI COULD NOT ABLE TO PROPERLY DIAGNOSE HIS DISEASE.I HAVE SERIOUS DOUBT THAT, THESE PEOPLE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THESE. ONE STRANGE THING, I ALSO NOTICED THAT AT SOMETIME WHEN THEY DID SOMETHING IN MY BODY (I.E, AT THE TIME OF BLOOD BATH AT NEW DELHI, AT THE TIME WHEN THEY CUT MY HEART AND HANGED FROM MY NECK , AT THE TIME OF BURNING ETC.) I USED TO GET SUDDEN, UN EXPECTED CALL FROM MY FAMILY MEMBERS.THAT MEANS THEY KEPT MY ENTIRE FAMILY MEMBER CAPTIVE.THEY MUST HAVE TO SET ME AND MY FAMILY FREE, OTHERWISE #PRONOYROY & HIS GANG MUST BE HANGED & THEIR HEADS MUST BE PRESERVED IN NATIONAL MUSEUM.

I also fear of my death under this situation. As they injected some liquid (may be slow poisoning liquid or virus of some deadly disease like AIDs, Hepatitis etc) and sprayed some powder (Arsenic ?) in to my body. There is a possibility of cancer too, due to prolong exposure to electromagnetic radiation. Therefore while submitting my bills,I requested Prime Minister ,in case of my death under this captive situation,to send my dues to my father and arrange for capital punishment of Dr. Pronoy Roy and his gang and for preservation of their heads in national museum.
 Recently, I received 4 letters from Astt. Registrar (Law) of NHRC. He informed that NHRC expected that concerned authority whom I addressed my petitions will take necessary actions. Since concerned authority i.e, Prime Minister has not taken any action so far to set me free from this illegal & inhuman confinement, on 17.09.2012 I requested Chairman, NHRC to take my case and help me to get freedom with my dues. On 5.10.2012 I sent a reminder to Chairman NHRC to act on my request.
I can't live in this illegal & inhuman confinement anymore. I can't tolerate such illegal, inhuman & barbaric torture anymore. I want freedom & I want my dues of Rs.6,98,880 crore (upto 15th December,2012) plus Rs.15 crore/ hr from 15.12.2012 to the hour of my freedom. I also want severe punishment to my captors/ tormentors.Otherwise Pronoy Roy & his gang must be hanged & their heads must be preserved in national museum.
