Sub: Prayer for freedom, my dues of Rs.6,98,880 Crore (upto 15^th December,2012) plus Rs.15 crore from 16.12.2012 to the hour of my freedom and capital punishment to my captors/tormentors in case of my death under this captive situation.

Dear Sir,

Kindly refer to my above mentioned petition to you (Copy enclosed).

I am in a terrible situation. They made many body out of me. More than 1000 bodies. Many bodies they burnt, many hanged, many such body they buried underground. Some other body filled with mud, water, electronic gadgets, metallic parts , wild grass, insects etc. One body hanged thro’ a 2 inch dia pipe ((ground rooted) pierced thro’ my stomach. One body they tightly bolted with large size nut-bolt. One body tied with a huge snake. In one of my body a huge snake was kept inside my left leg. One body fixed with a three feet long head gear as online transmission tower. One body covered with a jacket filled with mud. One body tied with a bed. One body in a bed filled with snakes. Day to day torture I suffered in last 8 years horrible and beyond any expression. This is a grave crime against humanity. I don’t think any human being tortured in such a manner anywhere in this world in last 5000 years of world history.

I am innocent. There is no charge sheet, not even an FIR against me. This is illegal & inhuman confinement and in complete violation of united nation human rights charter and in complete violation of all prevailing law of India. Only motive of this illegal & inhuman confinement is to facilitate all kinds of people to make money & to take benefits  and to use my life under this captive situation for various national purposes and for supreme national interest at the cost of my huge sufferings and at the cost of my right, life & dignity. That is why I charged Rs.15 Crore/ hr. On 01.01.2013, I send my 13 th bill (up to 31.12.2012) for an amount of Rs.7,04,640 Crore to the Prime Minister of India.

Respected Sir, I can’t live in this illegal & inhuman confinement anymore and I can’t tolerate such illegal, inhuman & barbaric torture anymore. I want freedom. I want my dues of Rs.7,04,640 Crore plus Rs.15 crore from 01.01.2013 to hour of my freedom.

Therefore Sir, kindly instruct Government of India to engage a task force to recover my remaining body and rescue my life from this illegal, inhuman & barbaric confinement & to arrange to pay my dues of Rs.7,04,640 Crore  (upto 31^st December,2012) plus Rs.15 crore from 01.01.2013 to the hour of my freedom.

I also fear of my death in this captive situation.As they injected some liquid many times (may be some kind of slow poisoning liquids or virus of some deadly disease like AIDs, Hepatitis etc) and sprayed some powder (Arsenic ?) in to my body. There is also possibility of cancer, due to prolong exposure to electromagnetic radiation. Also I may die at any moment due to day to day torture. There are lot many snakes inside my body & bed.I may die because of snake bite also.

In case of my death under this captive situation, please instruct Prime Minister of India to arrange to pay my dues of Rs.7,04,640 Crore to my father (or his nominee) and then award  capital punishment of Dr. Pronoy Roy and his entire associates.
