Dear Sir,
With ref to the above, please find my bill (bill no. TB/CH/2012/16 dated 16.02.2013) up to 15th February, 2013, (enclosed herewith) for an amount of Rs.7,21,200 Crore. Please set me free & release my dues to me at the earliest. In case M/s NDTV is responsible for this illegal and inhuman confinement, please forward the bill to Dr.Pronoy Roy, Chairman, M/s NDTV Convergence Ltd, New Delhi and please ask them to set me free from this illegal & inhuman confinement and pay my dues (i.e, Rs.7,21,200 Crore) to me. In case they refuse to set me free with my dues, then rescue my life first from their hands and then make necessary provision for capital punishment of Dr. Pronoy Roy and my other captors & tormentors and also preserve their heads in national museum to show to the world what kind of criminal & maniac they are and what they have done to my life in last 8 years.
I also fear of my death under this captive situation. As they injected some liquid many times (may be some kind of slow poisoning liquids or virus of some deadly disease like AIDs, Hepatitis etc) and sprayed some powder (Arsenic ?) in to my body. There is also possibility of cancer, due to prolong exposure to electromagnetic radiation. Also I may die at any moment due to day to day torture. In case of my death under this captive situation, please arrange to pay my dues of Rs.7,21,200 Crore to my father (or his nominee) and then arrange for capital punishment of Dr. Pronoy Roy and my other captors & tormentors and for preservation of their heads in National Museum.
Mr. Prime Minister I can’t tolerate it anymore. I can’t live in this illegal & inhuman confinement anymore. I want freedom with my dues of Rs.7,21,200 Crore at the earliest. Waiting anxiously for a prompt response from your side,
Thanking You,
Yours Truly,

(Tapan Borah)
