My Twitter Account is still under hacked condition

Yesterday some people of Assam (those who are inside that house) hacked my Twitter Account and changed my password, profile photo and my bio. And posted some dirty tweets. Today I wrote to Twitter helpline through my elder brother's redmi mobile phone to send me an email with link to reset password. But they are not allowing me to open Gmail in my this Samsung Z2 mobile phone. They also removed my phone number associated with my Twitter account. This Samsung Z2 mobile is a completely hopeless mobile and completely under their control. But I am helpless because they already damaged my Android mobile (samsung j2 core). In our home, my bhabi and my elder brother have Android mobile. But moment I touch their mobile phones they got furious and didn't allow me to open Google account in that mobile phone, because their brain is under their control. So I am in big problem.
Just one hour back, they gave command to my bhatija's brain to open my Twitter account. He opened my Twitter account. But moment I tried to delete those dirty tweets. They changed the password and closed the window. I am really in a big problem.
