where Govt of India got those money for Garib kalyan Yojana?

Where Government of India got those money for Garib Kalyan Yojana? Henceforth Goverment of India should not get a single coin out of my huge sufferings. And for that matter any state/ UT Government in India also should not get a single coin out of my huge sufferings. Also no individual/ company/ Organization/ caste/ tribe/ religion should get a single coin out of my huge sufferings. Only I must get freedom and my dues of Rs.20K crore along a written assurance from President of India. Tomorrow (on 6.4.2020) Supreme Court of India must instruct Prime Minister of India to deposit my dues of Rs.20kcrore into my bank account. Supreme Court also must instruct Secretary of MHA to issue a written assurance on behalf of President of India. Supreme Court also must instruct Prime Minister of India to deploy a high power task force to set me and my family members free for this illegal and barbaric confinement.
