State of Assam & People of Assam should not get money or any other benefits out of my huge sufferings. Only I must get Rs.5LacCrores & a written assurance from President of India. In fact those people of Assam are the most dangerous and cruel perpetrators than others. All those people of Assam (including my relatives) who took money & various other benefits out of my huge sufferings in one pretext or another must get capital punishment if I won't get Rs.5LacCrores & a written assurance from President of India.
