Ref:  1. My petition to The President of India dated 10.12.2020.

 

Dear Sir,

I already sent my one more petition to The President of India dated 10.12.2020 (copy enclosed) through registered post. Recently, I also sent copy of my one another petition to the Prime Minister of India dated 06.12.2020, my 8^th petition to Chairman of National Human Rights Commission dated 08.12.2020, my 19^th petition to Chief Justice of India dated 09.12.2020 and my 13^th petition to UN & International Community dated 11.12.2020 to President of India through registered post.

Now, I want to know following information from you:

1.    What action honourable President of India has taken on my above petition to President of India dated 10.12.2020?

2.    When shall I get my dues of Rs.5,00,000 Crores (70 billion US dollars) ?

3.    When shall I get three written assurances from President of India?

4.    When Prime Minister will deploy a high power task force to set me and my family members (those who are captive along with me- as mentioned in my petition to President of India dated 10.12.2020 ) free from this illegal, inhuman and barbaric confinement?

I want above information under RTI Act, 2005.

Information I sought are not only crucial to me, but crucial to entire world also. Information I sought are vital public importance which shows the transparency & accountability in the functioning of President of India’s Secretariat and practice of Standard Operating Procedures while such requests are made by the public at large.

Therefore, please send complete (point wise) & accurate information to me within 30 days.
