Who changed date of my 19th petition to CJI in Supreme Court's website?

 I already sent my 19th Petition to Chief Justice of India dated 09.12.2020 through registered post. I also sent a RTI application to Supreme Court of India dated 4.1.2021. Today I got a SMS from Supreme Court. Accordingly I checked Supreme Court's website and to my horror, I found an application in my name dated 9.12.2025 is 'under process ' in Supreme Court of India. But on that day, I neither wrote nor sent any petition/ application to Supreme Court of India. What's going on in Supreme Court of India?
