me and my family members free from this illegal, inhuman and barbaric confinement
and to instruct Dr.Pronoy Roy & his gang to pay my dues of Rs.20,000 Crore
and also to award 15 (fifteen) years of rigorous jail term to those who
murdered my father.

With
ref. to above subject matter and in addition to above petitions I submitted to
you, I would like to add following few lines for your urgent attention and
immediate action at your end.
I am in a terrible situation. My life is in
real danger. It is NDTV and its Chairman, Dr.Pronoy Roy who inserted this
dangerous technology in to my body without my knowledge and consent thus made
me captive in complete violation of unhrc and in complete violation of all
prevailing law of India and then gave access of every single moment of my life to
facilitate all kinds of people to make money (by allowing them to make movies,
songs, tv commercials, tv talk show etc.) and to take benefits such as
political, economic and benefits from judiciary, and to use my life under this
captive situation for various national purposes & for supreme national
interest etc. illegally, inhumanly without my knowledge and consent & at
the cost of my huge sufferings & at the cost of my right, life and dignity.This
is illegal, inhuman and barbaric confinement. Only motive of this confinement
is facilitate all kinds of people to take benefits & to make money out of
my sufferings. That is why I charged
Rs.15 crore/ hr.On 01.07.2014, I sent my 36th bill to Dr.Pronoy Roy,
Chairman, M/s NDTV LTD, for an amount of Rs.9,01,440 crore (copy enclosed). I
want at least Rs.20,000 crore .If in case they won’t deposit my dues of
Rs.20,000 crore in to my bank a/c at the earliest, Dr.Pronoy Roy and his associates
must be hanged and their heads must be preserved in national museum.
Dr.Pronoy Roy and his associates made more
than 1 lakh bodies out of me. Many bodies got recovered. Many more are yet to
be recovered and to be traced out. Many bodies are still in underground
bunkers. Many bodies are still in the hands of private people in somewhere. Few
bodies are still under water. Few people relocated one of my body frequently
from time to time. One body is in the hands of a dangerous man with a sword is
in his hand (in this body technology is different-fine wire wrapped around my
flesh of my right leg). Apart from me, they kept my family members also captive
somewhere. They kept my elder brother (Shri Rajesh Borah), My younger brother
(Shri Biraj Borah), My 10 year old bhatija (shri Rahul Borah), My sister-in-law
(Mrs.Anima Kakati Borah), My cousin Mrs.Mamoni Hazarika, My brother in law Shri
Pankaj Das, My sister Mrs.Rekha Das, My cousin Shri Promod Borah and his family
as captive somewhere. My father (shri Krishna Borah) was also their captive.
They brutally murdered him on 2nd june, 2013.I am really worried
about the life of those of my surviving members of my family members (as listed
above). Me and above surviving family members (as listed above) should at least
live 70 years. If in case me or
any of those surviving family members (as listed above) die before our age of 70
years, kindly award capital punishment to Dr.Pronoy Roy and to my other captors
and tormentors. Also kindly award minimum 15 years of rigorous jail term to
those who murdered my father.
Respected Sir, I can’t live in this illegal
& inhuman confinement anymore. I can’t tolerate such illegal, inhuman &
barbaric torture anymore. I do n’t think any human being tortured in such a
manner in last 5000 years of world history. Respected Sir,I can’t tolerate
such illegal, inhuman and barbaric torture anymore. I want freedom and I want
my dues of Rs.20,000crore. Therefore Kindly engage a high power independent
task force to recover all my remaining bodies and bodies of those of my family
members listed above and to set me and my above family members free from this
illegal, inhuman and barbaric confinement. After that please ask Dr.Pronoy Roy
and my other captors and tormentors to deposit Rs.20,000 crore in to my bank
a/c at the earliest. (My Bank a/c No.000701228742, ICICI Bank, New Delhi
Branch). If in case they won’t deposit
my dues of Rs.20,000 crore in to my bank account at the earliest, kindly award
capital punishment to Dr.Pronoy Roy, Chairman, M/s New Delhi Television Ltd,
New Delhi and to my other captors & tormentors.
Dr.Pronoy Roy and my other captors & tormentors are
very dangerous & very ruthless people. To hide this story of 1 lakh bodies
and 5 lakh captors they will eliminate many prominent people in this country. I
already expressed my doubt that they may eliminate Dr.Manmohan Singh, Mrs.Sonia
Gandhi, Shri Tarun Gogoi, Shri Himanta Biswa Sharma, Shri Ranee Narah, Shri
Pawan Singh Ghatowar, Shri Manish Tiwari
and few unknown people from media and a senior advocate Shri Upamanyu Hazarika
(because I dropped some of my petitions at his residence) . Apart from above
people, they may eliminate few more people from Assam namely Sri Prafulla
Kr.Mahanta (Ex.Chief Minister of Assam), Kumar Deepak Das (Ex.M.P.), Shri B.P.Baishya
(ex MP) and Shri Brindaban Goswami (Ex.Minister of Assam) etc who knew my story
of sufferings very well and read all my petitions to PM, Mrs.Sonia Gandhi,
President of India & to International Community and knew very well how hard
I fought for freedom, justice and adequate compensation/dues since 2006. These are all people of good health. Please
ensure that they may not the victim of Dr.Pronoy Roy and his gang. This is such
a dangerous technology, as Chief Justice of India, you have to do something
permanently against application of such dangerous technology on human body.
Since they already murdered my father, kindly award
minimum 15 years of rigorous jail term to Dr.Pronoy Roy and to my other captors
and tormentors.
As I stated earlier, I also fear of my life
under this captive situation. In case of my death under this captive situation
please instruct Prime Minister of India to arrange to pay my dues of
Rs.20,000Crore to my two brothers (namely Shri Rajesh Borah & Shri Biraj
Borah) and then award capital punishment to Dr. Pronoy Roy and to my other
captors & tormentors.
Respected Sir, I want freedom. I want
freedom for my family members those who are captive (as listed above). I want
my dues of Rs.20,000 crore from Dr.Pronoy Roy & his associates (if in case
they won’t deposit my dues of Rs.20,000 crore in to my bank a/c at the earliest,
Dr.Pronoy Roy and his associate must be hanged and their heads must be
preserved in national museum). Also I want minimum 15 years of rigorous jail
term to those who murdered my father.
