On 03.06.2020, they stole Rs.15,000/= from my pocket money bag. On 12.03.2021, M/S Flipkart, an online trading company, looted Rs.4555/ from my bank account. Again on 15.03.2021, Flipkart again looted Rs.1920/= from my bank account. On 20.03.2021, Flipkart again looted Rs.3320/= from my bank account. Earlier on 21.02.2021, Flipkart looted Rs.799/= from my bank account. I already lodged a complaint with ICICI Bank Customer Care. This is too much. Flipkart must be shutdown with immediate effect. Flipkart should be allowed to operate again only after I get Rs.71LacCrores & 3W.A. from President of India. They stole a diary of mine having confidential bank details of all my bank account. I again sent one another petition to Prime Minister of India dated 06.12.2020 . I also sent my 8th petition to Chairman of NHRC dated 08.12.2020. I also sent my 19th Petition to Chief Justice of India dated 09.12.2020. I also sent my one more petition to President of India dated 10.12.2020 & I also sent my 13th Petition to UN & International Community dated 11.12.2020. On 6.1.2021, I sent my RTI application to PMO dated 2.1.2021, my RTI application to The President's Secretariat dated 3.1.2021, my RTI application to Supreme Court of India dated 4.1.2021 and my RTI application to NHRC dated 5.1.2021 through registered post. On 07.01.2021, President’s Secretariat forwarded four of my petitions (i.e, my petition to Prime Minister of India dated 06.12.2020, my 8th petition to Chairman of NHRC dated 08.12.2020, my petition to President of India dated 10.12.2020 and my 13th petition to UN and International Community dated 11.12.2020) to MIB for appropriate action. But MIB hasn’t taken any action on any of those petitions so far. On 03.02.2021, MIB returned my petition to The President of India dated 10.12.2020 back to President’s Secretariat as MIB claimed ‘matter didn’t pertain to MIB’. President’s Secretariat then forwarded my that petition to PMO for appropriate action. President’s Secretariat also transferred my RTI application to President’s Secretariat to CPIO of PMO to give reply to me. Latter I received three reply from CPIO of PMO on two separate date. In all three replies, against Point No.1 of my RTI application to President’s Secretariat dated 03.01.2021, CPIO of PMO wrote to me that PMO simply filed my petition to the President of India dated 10.12.2020. He also gave me a registration number :PMO/PG/D/2021/0059887. I checked the website (given to me by CPIO of PMO) at my mobile phone and in an internet café taking hotspot from Jio & Vodafone sim card. But I found nothing in that website against that registration number. This simply shows that CPIO of PMO simply tried to fool me and thus violated RTI Act,2005. He did n’t give any reply against my other 3 points. Thus completely violated RTI Act,2005.
On 24.05.2021, I received a letter from MHA - MHA forwarded my email to Dy. Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance dated 18.03.2021 for appropriate action to The Secretary of MIB. But MIB hasn’t taken any action on it so far.
President's Secretariat forwarded my petition to Prime Minister of India dated 12.05.2020 to Chief Secretary of Assam. Under Secretary forwarded that petition to DC, North Lakhimpur. When I met DC, North Lakhimpur-He simply told me,’I read your entire petition. But I can’t do anything’.
Again I sent my 69th bill dated 01.06.2021. I also sent my another petition to the President of India dated 25.06.2021.
Again I submitted another complaint at Narayanpur police station, Narayanpur, District: Lakhimpur, Assam, (India) on 10.07.2021. Just after submission of my complaint, they asked me to sign a form. Because of the situation that I am in and because of all those ‘mind control’ technology applied on me, sometime it is difficult for me to take ‘on the spot’ decision. By mistake I signed that form. One thing I would like to make it clear once again-nobody (except me) should get money or any other benefits out of my huge sufferings. Therefore, Assam Police or for that matter anybody else (except me) shouldn’t get money or any other benefits out of my huge sufferings. Only I must get Rs.71LacCrores & above 3W.A. from President of India. Now Supreme Court & NHRC must have to instruct DGP, Assam to take necessary action on the complaint I submitted to Narayanpur Police Station on 10.07.2021-so that I’ll be able to get Rs.71LacCrores & above 3W.A. from President of India. And all those people who murdered my father Late Krishna Borah will get minimum 20 years of rigorous jail term & all those people who damaged the left leg of my elder brother Shri Rajesh Borah permanently will get minimum 12years of rigorous jail term. I also sent my 9th petition to Chairman of NHRC dated 13.07.2021, my 20th petition to Chief Justice of India dated 14.07.2021 and my 14th petition to UN & International Community dated 16.07.2021. On 18.08.2021, I talked to staff of DGP, Assam. They told me matter is 'under process' & asked me to come to their office. On 24.08.2021, I couldn't meet DGP as he was busy in a meeting at Dispur. On 25.08.2021, I went to DGP office again. DGP was again not in office and his personal staff misbehaved me. I again sent my RTI application to PMO dated 27.08.2021, my RTI application to President's SECRETARIAT dated 28.08.2021, my RTI application to NHRC dated 29.08.2021 and my RTI application to Supreme Court of India dated 30.08.2021 through speed post. After that I sent my first appeal to President's SECRETARIAT dated 13.10.2021, my first appeal to NHRC dated 14.10.2021, my first appeal to Supreme Court of India dated 15.10.2021 and my first appeal to PMO dated 28.10.2021 through speed post. I again sent another RTI application to NHRC dated 15.11.2021 and also another RTI application to President's SECRETARIAT dated 25.11.2021 through speed post. On 22.12.2021, I received a reply from FAA OF PMO. PMO again simply filed my 69th bill. My Petitions and bills are actionable at President's Secretariat but not actionable in Feku's office (PMO) & in Moto's office (MHA). Why it is so? On 27.12.2021, I received a reply from President's SECRETARIAT. President's Secretariat forwarded my petition to the President of India dated 25.06.2021 to MHA & advised me to collect point wise information from MHA. Then I sent a RTI application to MHA dated 30.12.2021. I also received two separate replies from NHRC & Supreme Court. The way NHRC & Supreme Court are behaving should be matters of serious concern for entire world. On 10.02.2022, I sent my first appeal (RTI) to MHA dated 09.02.2022 as I didn't receive pointwise reply from MHA even after 30days mandatory period completed. Again I sent another petition to the President of India dated 16.02.2022. On 28.02.2022, I received a reply from CPIO of MHA. MHA simply filed my petition to President of India dated 25.06.2021 with remarks 'no action required'. I also submitted two RTI applications dated 25.02.2022 at DC & SP offices, North Lakhimpur. I also sent my RTI application to DGP, Assam dated 03.03.2022 and RTI application to PMO dated 04.03.2022 through speed post. I also sent RTI to President's SECRETARIAT dated 11.03.2022, RTI to NHRC dated 19.03.2022 and RTI to Supreme Court Dated 21.03.2022 through speed post. On 23.03.2022,I met an Inspector at SP office, North Lakhimpur-he too assured me to help me to get Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion) & 3 written assurances from the President of India. I submitted my First Appeal to SP office North Lakimpur dated 04.04.2022. I also sent First Appeal to DGP, Assam dated 12.04.2022 and First Appeal to PMO dated 13.04.2022 through speed post.
On 23.05.2022, I attended CIC hearing in DC office, North Lakhimpur through video conferencing. I submitted my case. After hearing me, CIC declared, ' I'll issue order to #PrimeMinisterofIndia to pay Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion) to you.'. On 07.06.2022, I received CIC's letter on that hearing. To my utter surprise, CIC didn't issue any such order to PMO.
President’s Secretariat forwarded my petition to the President of India dated 16.02.2022 to MHA on 03.03.2022. But MHA hasn’t taken any action on it so far. So I sent a RTI to MHA on 16.10.2022.
On 23.04.2022, I received a reply from CPIO of PMO. In his reply against Point No.1 of my RTI application to PMO dated 04.03.2022, CPIO of PMO informed me that PMO simply file my petition & gave me a registration no.PMOPG/D/2022/0049947.
I already sent 3nos of 2nd Appeal to CIC till date against PMO. I also sent one another 2nd Appeal to State CIC, Assam against office of DGP, Assam dated 18.10.2022. I also sent First Appeal to MHA dated 18.11.2022 as I didn’t receive any reply against my RTI Application to MHA dated 16.10.2022.
On 13.10.2022 I attended another CIC hearing. During hearing, CIC told me,’I already heard your case-you want Rs.5,00,000 Crores & 3W.A. from President of India’. Immediately I replied ‘I want Rs.71Lac Crores (US$1trillion) &3 W.A. from President of India.’ Then he said ‘thank you’.
I again sent another Petition to the President of India dated 05.11.2022. After that I sent RTI to President’s Secretariat dated 20.11.2022, RTI to PMO dated 21.11.2022,RTI to Supreme Court of India dated 22.11.2022,RTI to NHRC dated 23.11.2022 and RTI to DGP, Assam dated 24.11.2022. I also submitted RTI to SP office, North Lakhimpur dated 25.11.2022 and RTI to DC office dated 26.11.2022. After that I sent FA to President’s Secretariat dated 29.12.2022,FA to PMO dated 30.12.2022, FA to Office of DGP,Assam dated 31.12.2022,FA to Supreme Court of India dated 01.01.2023,FA to NHRC dated 02.01.2023,FA to office of SP, North Lakhimpur dated 03.01.2023 and FA to office of DC,North Lakhimpur dated 04.01.2023. President’s Secretariat replied to me that President’s Secretariat forwarded my Petition to President of India dated 05.11.2022 to MHA on 23.11.2022. But MHA has not taken any action on it so far. So I sent a RTI to MHA dated 22.01.2023. Then MHA replied to me that MHA not received my petition to the President of India dated 05.11.2022 and asked me to send a copy of it. So, I sent a fresh RTI to MHA dated 03.03.2023 along with a copy of my petition to the President of India dated 05.11.2022. But CPIO of MHA hasn’t sent any reply to me. So, I sent first appeal to MHA dated 09.04.2023. I also submitted 2nd Appeal to CIC against MHA dated 28.12.2022. As FAA of MHA failed to instruct CPIO of MHA to give me complete (pointwise) and accurate reply to me, I sent another 2nd appeal against MHA dated 09.06.2023. As per instruction of Assam Information Commission I resubmitted my 2nd Appeal to State CIC against DGP,Assam dated 27.12.2022. I already sent written submission to FAA of Supreme Court of India dated 14.02.2023. I sent my 2nd Appeal to CIC against #SupremeCourtofIndia dated 25.02.2023. On 14.03.2023, I attended Supreme Court of India’s hearing thro CISCO WEBEX. After hearing my submission, the FAA of Supreme Court of India said, “I got your point. Within next 2days I’ll issue the order”. On 29.03.2023, I received the order of FAA of Supreme Court of India. FAA of Supreme Court of India too failed to instruct the CPIO to give me complete (point wise) and accurate reply to me. I already wrote my 2nd Appeal to CIC against Supreme Court of India. I sincerely hope honorable CIC will instruct FAA & CPIO of Supreme Court of India to give me complete (point wise) & accurate reply to me.
I received a reply from CPIO of PMO (letter no.RTI/9473/2022-PMR dated 16.12.2022.).
Against point number 1 of my RTI application to PMO dated 21.11.2022, CPIO of PMO informed me that PMO simply filed my petition to the President of India dated 05.11.2022 and gave me a Registration Number: PMOPG/D/2022/0265028. I checked the website given to me by CPIO of PMO against that Registration Number in my mobile phone and in my laptop taking hotspot from JIO and Vodafone SIM card. But I found nothing. My petitions are actionable in President’s secretariat. Then how come my petitions are not actionable in PMO? CPIO of PMO simply tried to fool me and thus violated RTI Act, 2005.
Therefore I sent my First Appeal to the First Appellate Authority of PMO dated 30.12.2022. On 09.02.2023, I received a reply from FAA of PMO. In her reply, FAA of PMO wrote that I sought information on ‘earlier grievance’. I am still suffering like anything & gang stalking is still going on in full swing. I have not yet got freedom & I have not yet received Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) & three WA from the President of India. After that how she called it ‘earlier grievance”. By calling it ‘earlier grievance”, the FAA of PMO simply tried to hide actual facts & thus FAA of PMO too violated RTI Act, 2005.
Against point number 1 of my RTI application to PMO dated 21.11.2022, FAA of PMO instead of giving instruction to CPIO of PMO to give complete and accurate reply to me, simply supported the reply given to me by CPIO of PMO. Thus FAA of PMO too violated RTI Act, 2005.
Against point number 2 to 7 of my RTI application to PMO dated 21.11.2022, FAA of PMO instead of giving instruction to CPIO of PMO to give complete and accurate information to me against each point, she too simply called those ‘vogue and wide’. By calling those ‘vogue and wide’, she too simply tried to avoid giving complete and accurate information to me against each point. Thus FAA of PMO too violated RTI Act,2005.
Both CPIO of PMO & FAA of PMO not only violated RTI Act, 2005 but also put RTI Act, 2005 in great danger. That can’t be allowed to happen.
I AGAIN SENT MY 62 PAGES PETITION TO #PRESIDENTOFINDIA DATED 30.03.2023 FOR AN AMOUNT OF RS.71LACCRORES (US$1TRILLION) & THREE WRITTEN ASSURANCES FROM THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA. After that I sent RTI to President’s Secretariat dated 10.04.2023, RTI to PMO dated 11.04.2023, RTI to MHA dated 12.04.2023, RTI to Chief Minister of Assam dated 13.04.2023, RTI to Supreme Court of India dated 14.04.2023, RTI to DGP-Assam dated 19.04.2023,RTI to NHRC 20.04.2023 thro’ Speed Post. Already I submitted RTI to DC-North Lakhimpur dated 17.04.2023 and RTI to SP-North Lakhimpur dated 18.04.2023 at the office of DC-North Lakhimpur and at the office of SP-North Lakhimpur respectively. After that I sent First Appeal to President Secretariat dated 14.05.2023, First Appeal to PMO dated 15.05.2023, First Appeal to MHA dated 16.05.2023, First Appeal to CM Secretariat, Assam dated 17.05.2023, First Appeal to Supreme Court of India dated 18.05.2023, First Appeal to DC-North Lakhimpur dated 21.05.2023, First Appeal to DGP-Assam dated 22.05.2023, First Appeal to SP-North Lakhimpur dated 23.05.2023 and First Appeal to NHRC dated 25.05.2023. President Secretariat forwarded my petition to the President of India dated 30.03.2023 to Secretary (Financial Sector), Department of Financial Services. I submitted my petition to #FinanceMinisterofIndia dated 22.06.2023 on 04.07.2023. I also submitted copy of it to Finance Secretary, Secretary (Financial Sector), PMO & MHA. On 05.07.2023, I submitted copy of my above petition at Supreme Court of India, NHRC and CIC Bhavan. After that I went to submit a copy of my above petition to the Israel Embassy. But to my utter surprise Israel Embassy did n't accept my above petition & started interrogating me as if I am a terrorist & later they handed me over to Delhi Police. Delhi Police took me to Tughlok Road Police Station & then Delhi Police started interrogating me for 4 hours & seized all my 24 copies of my above petitions (I prepared 24sets above petitions to submit in 24 embassies in New Delhi). So I could not submit copy of my above petition in those 24 embassies. Why it is so my Dear Narendra Modi? ON 18.07.2023, I ATTENDED SUPREME COURT OF INDIA'S HEARING THRO CISCO WEBEX. THE FAA OF SUPREME COURT OF INDIA ASSURED ME THAT HE WILL INSTRUCT CPIO OF SUPREME COURT OF INDIA TO GIVE ME COMPLETE (POINT WISE) & ACCURATE REPLY TO ME. On 31.07.2023, I received the FAA’s order. Too my utter surprise he didn’t issue any such instruction to the CPIO of Supreme Court of India. I also sent a RTI to Department of Financial Services dated 30.07.2023 with a corrigendum to above RTI application dated 04.08.2023. As per instruction of CIC, I resubmitted my 2nd Appeal to CIC against MHA dated 26.07.2023. I also submitted my 2nd appeal to state CIC against office of DC-North Lakhimpur dated 01.08.2023 and my 2nd appeal to state CIC against office of SP-North Lakhimpur dated 03.08.2023. On 06.09.2023, I met Dy.Secretary of DFS Shri Surendra Singht at his office. He simply told me,’I have seen both your petitions. But I can’t do anything on it’.
I WENT TO MEET SP, NORTH LAKHIMPUR SHRI ANAND MISHRA MORE THAN 10 TIMES. ONLY 4 TIMES THEY ALLOWED ME TO MEET HIM. FOURTH TIME WHEN I MET HIM, HE GOT UP FROM HIS CHAIR & THEN HE TOLD ME," ME & DC ARE VERY SMALL OFFICERS. WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING". I AGAIN MET SP, NORTH LAKHIMPUR, SHRI ANAND MISHRA-JUST 2/3 DAYS BEFORE HE LEFT NORTH LAKHIMPUR. HE ASKED ME, 'WHEN YOU SENT THE PETITION TO THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA'? I REPLIED, 'ON 25.09.2023'. THEN HE AGAIN ASKED ME,'WHEN YOU SENT THE 2ND APPEAL'? I REPLIED,'ON 02.01.2024'. THEN HE SAID,' NOW PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA HAS TO PAY RS.71LACCRORES TO YOU. IF HE PAYS RS.71LACCRORES IN DELHI, WE (ASSAM POLICE) WILL TAKE YOU TO NEW DELHI & HAND OVER THE DEMAND DRAFT OF RS.71LACCRORES TO YOU AT NEW DELHI. IF PRIME MINISTER SENDS THE DEMAND DRAFT OF RS.71LACCRORES TO NORTH LAKHIMPUR, WE (ASSAM POLICE) WILL HAND OVER THE DEMAND DRAFT OF RS.71LACCRORES TO YOU HERE AT NORTH LAKHIMPUR'.
Again I sent one more petition to the Prime Minister of India (My 81 Pages petition to the Prime Minister of India dated 25.09.2023). After that I sent RTI to PMO dated 10.10.2023, RTI to President’s Secretariat dated 11.10.2023, RTI to MHA dated 12.10.2023, RTI to DFS dated 13.10.2023, RTI to Supreme Court of India, RTI to NHRC dated 16.10.2023, RTI to Gauhati High Court dated 17.10.2023, RTI to SP Office-North Lakhimpur dated 18.10.2023, RTI to DC Office-North Lakhimpur dated 19.10.2023. After that I sent FA to PMO dated 14.11.2023, FA to President’s Secretariat dated 15.11.2023, FA to MHA dated 17.11.2023, FA to Supreme Court of India dated 18.11.2023, FA to Gauhati High Court dated 20.11.2023, FA to DC office-North Lakhimpur dated 21.11.2023, FA to SP Office dated 22.11.2023.
The CPIO of PMO received my above RTI application to PMO. But even after completion of mandatory 30 days I did not receive any reply from CPIO of PMO. Therefore I sent my First Appeal to the FAA of PMO dated 14.11.2023 through speed post. After that I received a reply from the CPIO of PMO (Letter No. RTI/7995/2023-PMR DATED 29.11.2023). In his reply the CPIO of PMO simply tried to fool me as if he is not the CPIO of PMO, but a mere Data Entry Operator of PMO. Thus CPIO of PMO not only violated RTI Act, 2005; but also put RTI Act, 2005 in great danger. On 01.01.2024, I received the order of FAA of PMO. In her order, FAA of PMO instead of giving instruction to the CPIO of PMO to provide me complete (point wise) & accurate information, she called my endless sufferings as ‘earlier grievance’. I am still a captive. Still I am suffering like anything. Still I have not got freedom & Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) along with 3written assurances from the President of India. After that how can she called my grievance as ‘earlier grievance’? And she failed to instruct the CPIO of PMO to give me complete (point wise) & accurate reply to me. Thus the FAA of PMO too not only violated RTI Act, 2005 but also put RTI Act, 2005 in great danger.
Against Point No.1 of my above RTI application to PMO dated 10.10.2023; PMO is the best authority in this world to give accurate information to me against this point; but the CPIO of PMO chose to not give any reply at all, instead he tried to fool me as if he is not the CPIO of PMO but a mere Data Entry Operator of PMO. From above it is crystal clear that both the CPIO & the FAA not only violated RTI Act,2005 but also put RTI Act, 2005 in great danger. That can’t be allowed to happen. That’s why I sent another 2nd appeal to CIC against PMO dated 02.01.2024.
ON 08.01.2024, THEY DIDN’T ALLOW ME TO ATTEND FA HEARING OF SUPREME COURT OF INDIA BY APPLYING SPYWARE IN MY MOBILE PHONE & LAPTOP. ON THAT DAY IT SELF, I SENT AN EMAIL TO THE FAA NARRATING THE STORY & REQUESTING HIM TO TAKE THE HEARING AGAIN OR ELSE INSTRUCT THE CPIO TO GIVE (COMPLETE)&POINT WISE REPLY TO ME. ON 09.01.2024, I SENT A SIMILAR LETTER TO FAA. AGAIN ON 17.01.2024, I AGAIN SENT AN EMAIL TO FAA. NEXT DAY I TOOK PRINT OUT OF THIS EMAIL & SENT IT TO FAA thro speed post.
On 12.02.2024, I met new SP of North Lakhimpur, Ms.Aparna Natarajan & she simply told me,’We have no information regarding your Rs.71Lac Crores (US$1trillion) & 3written assurances’.
Officials in PMO, MHA, Department of Financial Services, office of DGP- Assam, office of DC- North Lakhimpur & office of SP- North Lakhimpur not only violated RTI Act,2005. But also put RTI Act,2005 in great danger. Most disturbing fact is that office of DGP of Assam, office of DC of Lakhimpur District (Assam) & office of SP of Lakhimpur District (Assam) did not bother to give reply to any of my RTI Applications & any of my First Appeals till date forcing me to submit 2nd Appeal to State CIC (Assam Information Commission), Guwahati against office of DGP of Assam, office of DC of Lakhimpur District (Assam) & office of SP of Lakhimpur District (Assam).

NOW RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT,2005 IS IN GREAT DANGER AND THAT CAN'T BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN AT ANY COST. I MUST GET COMPLETE (POINTWISE) AND ACCURATE REPLY FROM PMO, MHA, SUPREME COURT OF INDIA, Department of Financial Services (Ministry of Finance), OFFICE OF DGP,ASSAM, OFFICE OF SP, NORTH LAKHIMPUR (ASSAM) & OFFICE OF DC, NORTH LAKHIMPUR (ASSAM).
On 01.04.2024, I attended one more CIC hearings against my 2nd Appeal against Supreme Court of India, PMO & MHA. CIC instructed CPIOs of Supreme Court of India, PMO & MHA to furnish copies of their ‘latest written submission’ with annexure to me via speed post & email within 7working days from the date of receipt of CIC’s order.
DUE TO UTTER NEGLIGENCE IN THE PART OF PMO,MHA,MIB,DELHI POLICE, CHIEF SECRETARY OF ASSAM, ASSAM POLICE (LAKHIMPUR POLICE) & DISTRICT COMMISSIONER OF LAKHIMPUR DISTRICT, I AM SUFFERING LIKE THIS. NHRC COULD HAVE TAKEN ACTION AGAINST THEM IF IT CAN’T TAKE ACTION AGAINST DR.PRANNOY ROY, MRS.RADHIKA ROY AND THEIR ENTIRE ASSOCIATES. I ALREADY SENT 9 NOS OF PETITIONS TO CHAIRMAN OF NHRC. I ALSO SENT COPY OF MY EACH BILL (TOTAL69NOS TILL DATE) & COPY OF MY EACH PETITION TO VARIOUS AUTHORITIES TO CHAIRMAN OF NHRC. BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED RS.71LACCRORES (US$1TRILLION) &3WRITTEN ASSURANCES FROM THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA. WHAT IS GOING ON IN NHRC IS A MATTER OF SERIOUS CONSERN FOR ENTIRE WORLD.
Some cunning lawyers used me in Supreme Court & various other courts in India to take benefits from Judiciary. I already sent 20 nos of Petitions to Chief Justice of India. I also sent copy of my each bill & copy of my each petition to various authorities to Chief Justice of India through registered/ speed post. But I have not received Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) & 3W.A. from President of India yet. All those cunning lawyers also must get capital punishment if I won't get freedom &my dues of Rs.71LacCrores along with 3W.A. from President of India.
All these years all those Judges of Supreme Court of India & various other courts in India secretly obeying me like little kids-as if I am their real 'Father'. But in spite of my so many petitions & bills to Chief Justice of India, I have not received Rs.71LacCrores &3W.A. from President of India. The manner in which Supreme Court ignored my all those petitions & bills should be a matter of big concern for entire world. This time Supreme Court must obey every single word of my Petition to Prime Minister of India dated 25.09.2023 ( copy of which I sent to CJI also) -whole world is watching Supreme Court of India.
When I sent bills to Dr.Pranoy Roy, Mrs.Radhika Roy & their gangs, this haramkhoor Narendra Modi (aka Chowdhary Feku Pratap Singh) & others from Central Government & various other State Governments took benefits by performing monkey dance in front of those naughty girls of main stream media & Twitter.
When I sent petitions to Government, all those haramkhoors like Rahul Gandhi ( aka Chowdhary Papu Mohan Singh), Arvind Kejriwal (Chowdhary Laafru Prasad Singh), Shri Nitish Kumar (aka Chowdhury Naipia Madhab Singh) & others (including Muslims, Ahoms etc.) took benefits by performing monkey dance in front of those naughty girls of main stream media & Twitter.
All those haramkhoors also must get capital punishment if I won’t get Rs.71LacCrores &3W.A.from President of India.
If I won't get Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) & 3W.A. from President of India, UN & World leaders must enforce severe economic & diplomatic sanctions against Republic of India. They should lift those sanctions against Republic of India only after I get freedom & Rs.71LacCrores(US$1trillion) along with 3W.A. from President of India.
After Nuremburg, in Regards to the Horrors of Nazi Germany, Humanity was Promised " Never Again ". This is a grave crime against humanity. World Community must have to keep that Promise.
No man can live in this this situation. In 2008, I wrote a petition to Mrs.Sonia Gandhi expressing my desire to end my life if I won’t get money and freedom. In 2009 too I wrote 3nos similar petitions to Prime Minister of India. The main reason I have not committed suicide yet is that I received some replies from Government of India against my various RTI application since 2007. That made me confident that one day I’ll get Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion)& 3W.A.from President of India. Hope of Rs.71LacCrores & 3W.A.keep me still alive. Otherwise I would have committed suicide long back. I even lost a will to live this life. If I get Rs.71LacCrores & 3W.A. from the President of India, I can think about to live this life. Otherwise I have to end my life-no other alternative. Enough is enough. I have not received Rs.71LacCrores & 3W.A. on or before 01.11.2023. I’ll wait few more days. If I won’t get Rs.71LacCrores & 3W.A. from President of India, I’ll end my life on 07.05.2024. After my death I want UN & International Community to impose severe economic & diplomatic sanctions against Republic of India at least for a period of 10 years from the date of my death so that no other country can dare to do what Republic of India has been doing with me in last 18years. Secondly, after my death, I also want UN & International Community to come forward to award capital punishment to this notorious gang of Ek Phool and Her Chaar Mali and then preserve their heads in National Museum to show the world what kind of criminal & maniac they are and what they have done to my life since February, 2005. I already assigned above 2tasks to UN & International Community thro my 81pages petition to the Prime Minister of India dated 25.09.2023.
