 TODAY I SENT OFFLINE COPY OF MY EMAIL TO CHIEF MINISTER OF ASSAM DATED 17.04.2024 THRO SPEED POST. TOTAL 8 CONSIGNMENTS. BUT BOOKING CONFIRMATION SMS YET NOT COME. WHAT'S GOING ON MY DEAR INDIA POST?

Why India Post yet not delivered my consignment to Dy. Secretary, DFS?

 I sent an email to Dy. Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India on 18.03.2021. But he hasn't received the email. So, I took print of the email and sent it to him through speed post on 22.03.2021. But that speed post consignment yet not delivered to Dy. Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. Dear India Post, immediately deliver that speed post consignment to Dy. Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India.

 On 01.03.2021, CPIO of President's SECRETARIAT, Shri R.K.Sharma told me that he transferred my RTI application to President's SECRETARIAT to CPIO of PMO with a copy to me. He sent it through speed post on 26.02.2021. But till date I have not received it. Today I went to our local post office and enquired about it. But postman told me the letter hasn't arrived yet. India Post, please look into the matter.
