Tomorrow (on 18.4.2020) I must get freedom and my dues of Rs.5 lac crore along with a written assurance from President of India

Today Prime Minister of India hasn't deposited my dues of Rs.5,00,000 Crore into my bank account yet. Mera mamla Rs.5,00,000 crore and a written assurance ka hai. Rs.5,00,000 crore and a written assurance mil janese chup rohoonga. Otherwise churunga nahi.
It is already 16 years now. Nowhere in this world a human being is tortured in such a manner like me in last 5000 years of world history. They made more than 1 lakh clones out of me. They also applied DEW, RNM and weapon grade spyware on me. In last 16 years they tortured each and every organ of my body including my brain, liver, heart,  kidney, penis, bone etc. One day in 2009, they cut my heart and then hanged it from my neck. After that my heart was swinging like a pendulum for next 45 days. Another day in 2009, they took my brain out and then burnt it. My brain was their worst victim. They inserted layers of layers of electronic devices into my brain. They removed one such layer of electronic devices from my brain when parliament passed lokpal bill. They removed another such layer of electronic devices when Mr. Barack Obama visited India in 2015. They also damaged my private part by inserting hot iron rod into thin capillary of my private part in 2012 and 2013. They also tried to murder me several time including one that 10 days long bloodbath in 2009. In 2009, at Indore, I did full body CT scan and MRI Scan of my brain. That full body CT scan revealed that all my bones more particularly my spinal cord got completely degenerated and decayed. That was in January, 2009. After that I have not done any full body CT scan. One can easily imagine condition of my bones right now. They also kept some of my family members as captive along with me. My father Late Krishna Borah was also their captive. They brutally tortured and murdered him on 2.6.2013. In 2008, they damaged the left leg of my elder brother Sri Rajesh Borah permanently.
This is illegal and barbaric confinement. Only motive of this illegal and barbaric confinement is to facilitate all kinds of people to make money and to take benefits such as political, economic and benefits from judiciary. Also to use my life under this captive situation for various national/ international purposes and for supreme national interest etc. One more motive of this illegal and barbaric confinement is to
hack EVM machine to win election. In fact EVM machines are hacked in all elections since 2006. They are making money and taking above benefits illegally and inhumanly at the cost of my huge sufferings and at the cost of my right, life and dignity. That's I charged Rs.15 crore / hour.
I sent my first petition to Prime Minister of India in 2006. Since then I sent many
petitions to Prime Minister of India, President of India and to Mrs.Sonia Gandhi. I also sent 17 nos of Petitions to Chief Justice of India, 7 nos of petitions to Chairman of NHRC and 11 nos of Petitions to International community till date. I also sent total 68 nos of bill till date. I sent copy of my each bill to Prime Minister of India, President of India, CJI, Chairman of NHRC and to International Community.

Out of frustration I deleted that blog in 2010.

Since 2005, Republic of India has been taking many exceptional benefits out of my huge sufferings, but at the same time failed to set me and my family members free from this illegal and barbaric confinement with my dues of Rs.5 lac crore inspite of my repeated plea since 2006. This Prime Minister of India, Sri Narendra Modi too promised to pay Rs.7lac Crore to me in 2014 -just before 2014 general election. But he hasn't paid me Rs.5lac crore yet. Nobody is honest in India (except me). In India (except me) all are dalal, criminal, murderer, matchfixer and EVM machine hacker. This world will be a much better place to live without these 1.36 billion criminals ( including these entire 36 million people of Assam). If somebody murder entire 1.36 billion people of India (except me and my family members those who are captive along with me), in that case I don't want a single coin. President of India. In fact I should get entire bill amount of Rs.15 lac crore. But I want only Rs.5lac crore. I'll not accept anything less than Rs.5lac crore. Since entire MSM of India (both print and electronic media) involved in this heinous crime, entire main stream media (both print and electronic media) must be shutdown and they should be allowed to operate only if I get Rs.5 lac crore and a written assurance from president of India.
All these years all those judges of Supreme Court of India and various other courts in India secretly obeying me like little kids- as if I am their real 'baap'. After that how can supreme court disobey my 15th, 16th and 17th petition to CJI?
Tomorrow (on 18.4.2020) Supreme Court must instruct Prime Minister of India to deposit my dues of Rs.5lac crore into my bank account. Supreme Court also must instruct Secretary of MHA to issue a written assurance to me on behalf of President of India. Supreme court also must instruct Prime Minister of India to deploy a high power task force to set me and my family members free from this illegal and barbaric confinement.
Tomorrow (on 18.4.2020) UN & other world leaders also must instruct Prime Minister of India to deposit my dues of Rs.5lac crore into my bank account failing which UN & world leaders must enforce severe economic and diplomatic sanctions against Republic of India. They should lift those sanctions only if Republic of India deposit my dues of Rs.5lac crore into my bank account and set me and my family members free from this illegal and barbaric confinement alongwith a written assurance from President of India

Shahrukh Khan, Md. Salman Khan, Baba Ramdev, Sri Vineet Jain, Sri Arun Poorie, Ms.shovana Bhartia, Mr.Mark Zuckerbeg and their  entire associates.

And also instruct Prime Minister of India to deploy a high power task force to set me and my family members free from this illegal and barbaric confinement.

I also fear of my life under this captive situation. In case of my death under this captive     situation, please instruct Prime Minister of India to pay my dues of Rs. Rs.20,000 Crore to my two brothers (i.e, Sri Rajesh Borah & Sri Biraj Borah) and then award capital punishment to Dr.Pronoy Roy, Mrs.Radhika Roy, Sri Jayanta Baruah, Sri Tarun Gogoi, Md. Shahrukh Khan,Md. Salman Khan, Baba Ramdev, Sri Vineet Jain, Sri Arun Poorie, Ms.shovana Bhartia, Mr.Mark Zuckerbeg & their entire associates and preserve their heads in national museum to show the world what kind of criminal and maniac they are and what they have done to my life since February,2005. I am also worried about my family members those who are captive along with me. In case of death of any of my family members those who are captive, kindly award capital punishment to Dr.Pronoy Roy, Mrs. Radhika Roy, Sri Jayanta Baruah, Sri Tarun Gogoi, Md. Shahrukh Khan,Md. Kindly instruct M/s Google, M/s Twitter and M/s LinkedIn not to deactivate/ delete/ suspend/ restrict my above blog, above Google account, my you tube channel, my above  twitter account and my above LinkedIn account at any cost. On 29.1.2020, Linkedin restricted my above linkedin account illegally. Kindly instruct Linkedin to remove restriction and to activate my above Linkedin account immediately. I had a facebook account (www.facebook.com/tutuborah) along with a facebook page (www.facebook.com/TAPANBORAH123). On 24.02.2019, facebook illegally disabled my above facebook a/c and above facebook page. Kindly instruct M/s Facebook to immediately activate my above facebook account and above facebook page with all my data. Otherwise Facebook must be shut down once for all.

My mobile phones are also tapped. Kindly instruct M/s Vodafone and M/s Reliance Jio to remove telephone tapping and allow me to talk freely with anybody I want to talk. My captors and tormentors also used to lock my mobile phone from time to time. Kindly instruct all my captors and tormentors not to lock my mobile phone anymore. They also temporarily damaged my Jio/ Vodaphone sim card and blocked internet/ phone services from time to time. Kindly instruct all my captors/ tormentors not to do so.
