Dear Sir,
With ref to the
above, please find my bill (bill no. TB/CH/2014/27 dated 16.02.2014) up to 15th
February,2014(enclosed herewith) for an
amount of Rs.8,52,840 Crore. Please set me free & release my dues to me at
the earliest. If Incase M/s NDTV is responsible
for this illegal and inhuman confinement, please forward the bill to Dr.Pronoy
Roy, Chairman, M/s NDTV Convergence Ltd, NewDelhi and please ask them to set me
free from this illegal & inhuman confinement along with my dues (i.e,
Rs.8,52,840 Crore). In case they refuse to set me free
with my dues, then engage a high power task force to set me free from this
illegal, inhuman and barbaric confinement and then ask all my captors&
tormentors to deposit my dues in to my bank account. In case they won’t deposit
my dues in my bank account, then make necessary provision for capital punishment
to Dr.Pronoy Roy & to my other captors & tormentors and also preserve
their heads in national museum to show to the world what kind ofcriminal &
maniac they are and what they have done to my life in last 9years.
I also fear of my life under this captive situation.
In case of my death under this captive situation, please arrange to pay
my dues of Rs. Rs.8,52,840 Crore to my two brothers (i.e, Sri
Rajesh Borah & Sri Biraj Borah) and then arrange for capital punishment to
all my captors & tormentors and for preservation of their heads in National
Museum.
Mr. Prime Minister I can’t tolerate it
anymore. I can’t live in this illegal & inhuman confinement anymore. I want
freedom with my dues of at least Rs.20,000 crore out of total bill amount of
Rs.8,52,840 Crore submitted to you at the earliest. Waiting anxiously for a prompt
response from your side,
