Respected Sir,

With ref. to above subject matter and in addition to above petitions I submitted to you, I would like to add following few lines for your urgent attention and immediate action at your end.

I am in a terrible situation. My life is in real danger. All ready many bodies recovered, but many more yet to be recovered. Supreme Court has to engage a high power task force to recover my remaining bodies and to set me free from this illegal, inhuman & barbaric confinement.

Respected Sir, I can’t live in this illegal & inhuman confinement anymore. I can’t tolerate such illegal, inhuman & barbaric torture anymore. I want freedom and I want my dues. In the mean time I submitted my 26th  Bill to the Prime Minister for an amount of Rs. Rs.8,47,200 Crore (Copy Enclosed). I want at least Rs.20,000 crore out of total bill amount of Rs.8,47,200 Crore submitted to the Prime Minister so far.

Therefore, kindly engage a high power task force immediately to recover my remaining bodies and to set me free from this illegal, inhuman & barbaric confinement and then ask Government of India to deposit Rs.20,000 Crore in my bank account. (My Bank a/cNo.000701228742, ICICI Bank, New Delhi Branch). In case Government of India won’t deposit my dues in my bank account, kindly award capital punishment to Dr.Pronoy Roy & to my other captors & tormentors.

As I stated earlier, I also fear of my death under this captive situation. In case of my death under this captive situation please instruct Prime Minister of India to arrange to pay (as per my bill submitted to him) my dues of Rs.20,000Crore to my two brothers (namely Shri Rajesh Borah & Shri Biraj Borah) and then award capital punishment to Dr. Pronoy Roy and to my other captors & tormentors.

Thanking You,
Yours Truly,

(Tapan Borah)
