Dear Sir,
With ref to the
above, please find my bill (bill no. TB/CH/2014/30 dated 01.04.2014) up to 31ST
March, 2014(enclosed herewith) for an
amount of Rs.8,68,680 Crore. I want at least Rs.20,000 crore. Please set me
free & release my dues of Rs.20,000 crore to me at the earliest. If Incase
M/s NDTV is responsible for this illegal and inhuman confinement, please forward
the bill to Dr.Pronoy Roy, Chairman, M/s NDTV Convergence Ltd, NewDelhi and
please ask them to set me free from this illegal & inhuman confinement
along with my dues of Rs.20,000 crore. In case they refuse
to set me free with my dues, then ask Secy., MHA/ Commissioner of Delhi Police
to engage a high power task force to set me free from this illegal, inhuman and
barbaric confinement and then ask Dr.Pronoy Roy & his gang to deposit my
dues of Rs.20,000 crore in to my bank account. In case they won’t deposit my
dues in my bank account, then make necessary provision for capital punishment
to Dr.Pronoy Roy & his gang and also preserve their heads in national
museum to show to the world what kind of criminal & maniac they are and
what they have done to my life in last 9years.
I also fear of my life under this captive situation.
In case of my death under this captive situation, please arrange to pay
my dues of Rs. Rs.20,000 Crore to my two brothers (i.e, Sri
Rajesh Borah & Sri Biraj Borah) and then arrange for capital punishment to Dr.Pronoy
Roy &his gang and for preservation of their heads in National Museum.
Mr. Prime
Minister I can’t tolerate it anymore. I can’t live in this illegal, inhuman and
barbaric confinement anymore. I want freedom & I want my dues of at least
Rs.20,000 crore out of total bill amount of Rs.8,68,680 Crore submitted to you
at the earliest. Waiting anxiously for a prompt response from your side,
