Dear Sir,
With ref to the
above, please find my bill (bill no. TB/CH/2014/36 dated 01.07.2014) up to 30th
June,
2014(enclosed herewith) for an amount of Rs.9,01,440 Crore. I want at least
Rs.20,000 crore. Please set me my family members free & release my dues of
Rs.20,000 crore to me at the earliest.
You inserted this dangerous technology in to
my body without my knowledge and consent thus made me captive in complete
violation of UNHRC and in complete violation of all prevailing law of India.
You and your associates made 1 lakh bodies out of me to facilitate one set of
people to make money and to take benefits without my knowledge and consent and
another set of people to torture me. Many bodies got recovered. Many more are yet to be recovered and to be traced out.
Many bodies are still under underground bunkers. 5/6 bodies are at the hands of
some unknown private people. Few bodies are still under water. ¾ bodies are in
standing position in somewhere. Few people relocated one of my body frequently.
One body is in the hand of a dangerous man with a sword in his hand. Apart from me, you and your associates kept my family members
also captive somewhere. You And your associates kept my elder brother (Shri
Rajesh Borah), My younger brother (Shri Biraj Borah), My 10 year old bhatija
(shri Rahul Borah), My sister-in-law (Mrs.Anima Kakati Borah), My cousin
Mrs.Mamoni Hazarika, My brother in law Shri Pankaj Das, My sister Mrs.Rekha
Das, My cousin Shri Promod Borah and his family as captive somewhere. My father
(shri Krishna Borah) was also your captive. You and your associates brutally
murdered him on 2nd june, 2013. Who are you to
torture me in such a manner? At most you are an accuser (if I committed
any crime).You can’t be prosecutor, Judge or Hangman on your own. Recover all
my remaining bodies. Remove all those technologies inserted in to those bodies.
Set me free and my above family members free from this illegal, inhuman and
barbaric confinement. And deposit my dues of Rs.20,000 crore in to my bank a/c
at the earliest. You and your associates must get minimum 15 years of
rigorous jail term for murdering my
father.
I can’t
live in this illegal, inhuman and barbaric confinement anymore. I want freedom
and I want my dues of Rs.20,000 crore. Therefore, plz set me and my family

brothers (i.e, Sri Rajesh Borah & Sri Biraj Borah) and then arrange for
capital punishment to Dr.Pronoy Roy &his gang and for preservation of their
heads in National Museum.
2. Chief Justice of India: Dear
Sir, I can’t live in this illegal, inhuman & barbaric confinement anymore.
I want freedom & I want my dues of Rs.20,000 crore. Apart from me they made some of my family
members captive some where as listed above. I am worried about their life.In
case of death of any of my above family members, kindly award captial
punishment to Dr.Pronoy Roy and his associates. My father (Late Krishna Borah)
was also their captive. They brutually murdered him on 02.06.2013. Iin my 12th
Petition, submitted to you on 23.06.2014, I wrongly wrote the date of his
murder as 02.06.2014. Actually he was murdered on 02.06.2013. I can’t tolerate
such illegal, inhuman and barbaric torture anymore.Therefore Kindly engage a
high power independent task force to recover all my remaining bodies and bodies
of those of my family members listed above and to set me and my above family
members free from this illegal, inhuman and barbaric confinement. After that
please ask Dr.Pronoy Roy and his associates to deposit Rs.20,000 crore in to my
bank a/c at the earliest. (My Bank a/c No.000701228742, ICICI Bank, New
Delhi Branch). If in case they won’t
deposit my dues of Rs.20,000 crore in to my bank account at the
earliest, kindly award capital punishment to Dr.Pronoy Roy, Chairman, M/s New
Delhi Television Ltd, New Delhi and his associates. I also want minimum 15
years of rigorous jail term to those who murdered my father. I also
fear of my life under this captive situation. If in case of my death under this
