Dear Sir/ Madam,
With ref to the
above, please find my bill (bill no. TB/CH/2014/39 dated 16.08.2014) up to 16th
August, 2014(enclosed herewith) for an amount of Rs.9,18,000 Crore. I want at
least Rs.20,000 crore from Dr.Pronoy Roy, Mrs Radhika Roy and their entire
associates (including those from ‘secrecy’ & ‘discipline’ gang such as Shri
Narendra Modi of BJP, Shri LK Advani of BJP, Shri Rajnath Singh of BJP, Ms.Sushma Swaraj of
BJP, Ms.Smriti Z Irani of BJP, Dr.Raman Singh of BJP, Shri Shivraj Singh
Chauhan of BJP, Shri Arun Jaitly of BJP, Ms.Basundhara Raje of BJP, Shri
Ramjethmalani of BJP, Shri Subramanian Swamy of BJP, Ms. Kiran Bedi of BJP,
Shri Kriti Azad of BJP, Shri Venkaiah Naidu of BJP, Dr.Murli Monohar Joshi of
BJP & others) . Please set me & my family members free & release my
dues of Rs.20,000 crore to me at the earliest.
Dr.Pronoy Roy & Mrs. Radhika Roy of M/s
NDTV Ltd, inserted this dangerous technology in to my body without my knowledge
and consent thus made me captive in complete violation of UNHRC and in complete
violation of all prevailing law of India. Dr.Pronoy Roy, Mrs.Radhika Roy and their
entire associates including those from
‘secrecy’ & ‘discipline’ gang (as mentioned above) made 1 lakh bodies (clones) out of me to facilitate
all kinds of people to make money and to take benefits without my knowledge and
consent and at the cost of my huge sufferings & at the cost of my right,
life & dignity. Many of my bodies (clones) got recovered. Many more are yet to be recovered and to be traced out.
Many bodies (clones) are still in underground bunkers. Many bodies (clones)
are at the hands of some unknown private people. Few bodies (clones) are still
under water. ¾ bodies (clones) are in standing position in somewhere. Few people
relocated few of my bodies (clones) frequently. One body (clone) is in the hand
of a dangerous man with a sword in his hand. Apart from
me, Dr.Pronoy Roy, Mrs.Radhika Roy and their entire associates including those
from ‘secrecy’ & ‘discipline’ gang (as mentioned above) kept some of my
family members also captive somewhere. Dr.Pronoy Roy, Mrs.Radhika Roy and their
entire associates including those from ‘secrecy’ & ‘discipline’ gang (as
mentioned above) kept my elder brother (Shri Rajesh Borah), My younger brother
(Shri Biraj Borah), My 10 year old bhatija (shri Rahul Borah), My sister-in-law
(Mrs.Anima Kakati Borah), My cousin Mrs.Mamoni Hazarika Tasha, My brother in
law Shri Pankaj Das, My sister Mrs.Rekha Das, My cousin Shri Promod Borah and
his family as captive somewhere. My father (shri Krishna Borah) was also captive. They brutally tortured & murdered him on 2nd june,
2013. Who are you people to torture me and my family members in such a
manner? At most you people are accuser (if I committed any crime) only. You
people can’t be accuser, prosecutor, Judge or Hangman on your own. Recover all
my remaining bodies (clones) & those of the bodies (clones) of my family
members. Remove all those technologies inserted in to those bodies (clones).
Set me and my above family members free from this illegal, inhuman and barbaric
confinement. And deposit my dues of Rs.20,000 crore in to my bank a/c on or
before 31.08.2014. And those who murdered my father must get minimum 15 years
of rigorous jail term for murdering my father.

Hon’ble Chief Justice of India to award capital punishment to Dr.Pronoy Roy,
Mrs.Radhika Roy & their entire associates including

and to preserve their heads in national museum to show the world what kind of
criminal and maniac they are and what they have done to my life in last nine
and half years. I am also worried about my family members those who are
captive. In case of death any of my family members those who are captive (as
mentioned above), kindly persuade Hon’ble Chief Justice of India to award

Community and with the help of Supreme Court, plz help me and my above
family members to get freedom from this illegal, inhuman and barbaric
confinement and help me to get my dues of Rs.20,000 crore from Dr.Pronoy Roy,
Mrs. Radhika Roy and their entire associates including those from ‘secrecy’ & ‘discipline’ gang (as
mentioned above) on or before 31.08.2014.
If in case they won’t deposit my dues of Rs.20,000 cror in to bank a/c on or
before31.08.2014, plz ensure that Dr.Pronoy Roy, Mrs.Radhika Roy and their entire
associates including
those from ‘secrecy’ & ‘discipline’ gang (as mentioned above) get capital punishment and also plz ensure preservation
of their heads in National Museum to show the world what kind of criminal &
maniac they are and what they have done to my life in last nine and half years.
Also Plz ensure minimum 15 years of rigorous jail term to those who murdered my
father. Also plz persuade President of India to issue a written assurance to me
that if in case if I die before my age of 60 years, Indian State will arrest,
punish and hang Dr.Pronoy Roy, Mrs.Radhika Roy and their entire associates including those from ‘secrecy’ & ‘discipline’ gang (as
mentioned above).
