TODAY I CONTACTED JIO CUSTOMER CARE

TODAY I CONTACTED JIO CUSTOMER CARE THROUGH MY BHABI'S MOBILE. THEY SENT A LINK OF THEIR YOU TUBE VIDEO. ACCORDINGLY I MADE CHANGES IN SETTINGS OF MY MOBILE PHONE. BUT STILL THERE IS NO INTERNET AND PHONE SERVICES IN MY JIO SIM CARD. ANOTHER PROBLEM IS I COULDN'T OPEN MYJIO APP FROM MY MOBILE PHONE. EVERY TIME I CLICKED ON MYJIO APP, BUT MYJIO APP FAILED TO OPEN. I SENT FEEDBACK THRICE, BUT STILL MYJIO APP IS NOT OPENING
