A fake account in Facebook

Some body created a fake account with my name, photo and mobile phone number in Facebook. I have n't created that account. Facebook should immediately delete that account. If Facebook activates my earlier Facebook account (www.facebook.com/tutuborah) & my Facebook page (www.facebook.com/TAPANBORAH123) with all my previous data, then only I'll rejoin Facebook. Otherwise no.
