Why my 2nd appeal to cic yet not delivered to CIC & Others
Dear India Post,
I SENT my 2nd appeal to CIC on 16.11.2020 through registered post. Why it is still not delivered to CIC, NHRC & to President of India. What is going on?
They didn't allow me to check online status of above three consignments from my mobile phone. So Today (on 03.12.2020), I went to local post office to check the status. Post office people checked & told me above consignments are now at Guwahati and it will take another 4/5 days to reach New Delhi.
