I already sent my 69th bill dated 01.06.2021 and my Petition to President of India dated 25.06.2021 through speed post. But I couldn't send my 9th petition to Chairman of NHRC dated 13.07.2021, my 20th petition to Chief Justice of India dated 14.07.2021 and my 14th petition to UN and International Community dated 16.07.2021 due to break down of photostat machine in a local shop. Maintenance Engineer is from Biswanath district. Due to Covid restrictions, he couldn't come to repair the photostat machine. So, I have to wait to send my above petitions till covid restrictions are over.
