MY SUBMISSION DURING HONORABLE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA'S HEARING ON 14.03.2023 THRO' CISCO WEBEX.

 TODAY (ON 14.03.2023) I SUBMITTED FOLLOWING DURING HONORABLE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA’S HEARING THRO’ CISCO WEBEX:

“I AM MR.TAPAN BORAH. I AM IN A TERRIBLE SITUATION. IT IS ALREADY 17 YEARS NOW.I CAN’T TOLERATE IT ANYMORE. I WANT FREEDOM AND RS.71LACCRORES .RS.71LACCRORES IS EQUIVALENT TO 1TRILLION US DOLLAR. SO I WANT US$1TRILLION. I ALSO WANT 3WRITTEN ASSURANCES FROM THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA. I DO N’T WANT A JOB AND I DON’T WANT TO BE A POLITICIAN. I’LL MARRY A GIRL OR TEN ONLY AFTER I GET RS.71LACCRORES AND 3WRITTEN ASSURANCES FROM THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA.

I wrote my first petition to the Prime Minister of India on 24.11.2006. Since then I wrote many petitions to the Prime Minister of India, the President of India and to Mrs.Sonia Gandhi. I also sent 20nos of petitions to Chief Justice of India, 9nos of petitions to Chairman of National Human Rights Commission and 14nos of petitions to International Community till date. I also sent total 69nos of bills till date. I sent copy of my each bill to Prime Minister of India, President of India, Chief Justice of India, Chairman of National Human Rights Commission and to International Community. I also lodged a police complaint at Okhla Police Station in 2014. Again I submitted another police complaint at Narayanpur Police Station, Narayanpur, District: Lakhimpur, Assam (India) on 10.07.2021.

Since 2005, Republic of India has been taking many exceptional benefits out of my huge sufferings. But at the same time failed to set me free from this illegal, inhuman and barbaric confinement with Rs.71LAC Crores (US$1trillion) & three assurances from the President of India in spite of my repeated plea since 2006.

NO MAN CAN LIVE IN THIS SITUATION. IN 2008, I WROTE A PETITION TO MRS.SONIA GANDHI EXPRESSING MY DESIRE TO END MY LIFE IF I WON’T GET FREEDOM AND MONEY. IN 2009, I WROTE 3 SIMMILAR PETITIONS TO PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA. THE MAIN REASON THAT I HAVE NOT COMMITTED SUICIDE YET IS THAT I GOT SOME REPLIES FROM GOVERNMENT OF INDIA AGAINST MY VARIOUS RTI APPLICATIONS SINCE 2007. THAT MADE ME CONFIDENT THAT ONE DAY I SHALL GET RS.71LACCRORES (US$1TRILLION) & 3 WRITTEN ASSURANCES FROM THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA. HOPE OF RS.71LACCRORES & 3WRITTEN ASSURANCES KEEP ME STILL ALIVE. OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE COMMITTED SUICIDE LONG BACK.

. DUE TO UTTER NEGLIGENCE IN THE PART OF PMO,MHA,MIB,DELHI POLICE, CHIEF SECRETARY OF ASSAM, ASSAM POLICE (LAKHIMPUR POLICE) & DEPUTY COMMISSIONER OF LAKHIMPUR DISTRICT, I AM SUFFERING LIKE THIS. NHRC COULD HAVE TAKEN ACTION AGAINST THEM IF IT CAN’T TAKE ACTION AGAINST DR.PRANNOY ROY, MRS.RADHIKA ROY & THEIR ENTIRE ASSOCIATES. I ALREADY SENT 9 NOS OF PETITIONS TO CHAIRMAN OF NHRC. I ALSO SENT COPY OF MY EACH BILL (TOTAL69NOS TILL DATE) & COPY OF MY EACH PETITION TO VARIOUS AUTHORITIES TO CHAIRMAN OF NHRC. BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED RS.71LACCRORES (US$1TRILLION) &3WRITTEN ASSURANCES FROM THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA. WHAT IS GOING ON IN NHRC IS A MATTER OF SERIOUS CONSERN FOR ENTIRE WORLD.

Some cunning lawyers used me in Supreme Court & various other courts in India to take benefits from Judiciary. I already sent 20 nos of Petitions to Chief Justice of India. I also sent copy of my each bill & copy of my petitions to various authorities to Chief Justice of India through registered/ speed post. But I have not received Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) & 3W.A. from President of India yet. All these years all those Judges of Supreme Court of India and various other courts in India secretly obeying me like little kids-as if I am their real 'Father'. But in spite of my so many petitions and bills to Chief Justice of India, I have not received Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) &3W.A. from President of India.   The manner in which Supreme Court ignored my all those petitions and bills should be a matter of big concern for  entire world. This time Supreme Court must obey every single word of my  Petition to  President of India dated 05.11.2022 ( copy of which I  sent to CJI also) -whole world is watching Supreme Court of India.

NOBODY (EXCEPT ME) SHOULD GET MONEY OR ANYOTHER BENEFITS OUT OF MY HUGE SUFFERINGS.NONE OF MY RELATIVES, FRIENDS & FAMILY MEMBERS (EXCEPT ME) SHOULD GET MONEY OR ANYOTHER BENEFITS OUT OF MY HUGE SUFFERINGS. ONLY I MUST GET RS.71LACCRORES & 3WRITTEN ASSURANCES FROM THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA.

Recently, I sent a petition to the President of India dated 05.11.2022. I sent a copy of my petition to the President of India dated 05.11.2022 to the Chief Justice of India also. After that I sent a RTI Application to the CPIO of Honorable Supreme Court of India seeking following information (My RTI Application to the CPIO of Honorable Supreme Court of India dated 22.11.2022) :

1.    What action honorable Supreme Court of India has taken on my above petition to President of India dated 05.11.2022? I want a copy of Court order against my above petition to The President of India dated 05.11.2022. Please send a copy of the court order against my above petition to the President of India dated 05.11.2022.

2.    When shall I get my dues of Rs.71,00,000 Crores (US$1trillion) ? (Please note I must get Rs.71,00,000 Crores (US$1trillion). I shall not accept anything less than Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion). As my bank accounts are no longer safe, I want Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion) in the form of Demand Draft payable at North Lakhimpur, Assam, India.)

3.    When shall I get three written assurances from President of India?

4.    When Prime Minister of India will deploy a high power task force to set me and my family members (those who are captive along with me- as mentioned in my petition to President of India dated 05.11.2022 ) free from this illegal, inhuman and barbaric confinement?

Information I sought are of vital public importance, my dues of Rs.71,00,000 Crores (US$1trillion) and my freedom from this illegal & barbaric confinement along with three written assurances from President of India. Information I sought are not only crucial to me, but crucial to entire world also. Information I sought are of vital public importance which shows the transparency & accountability in the functioning of Supreme Court of India and practice of Standard Operating Procedures while such requests are made by the public at large

The CPIO of Honorable Supreme Court of India received my above RTI application. But even after completion of mandatory 30days, I have not received any reply from the CPIO of Honorable Supreme Court of India. So, I sent my First Appeal to the FAA of Honorable Supreme Court of India dated 01.01.2023. After that I received a reply from the CPIO of Honorable Supreme Court of India  Dated 03.01.2023.

Against point No.2 of my RTI Application to Honorable Supreme Court of India dated 22.11.2022 (i.e, date of payment of Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion) to me), Honorable Supreme Court of India is one of the best authorities in this world to give accurate information to me against this point. But in her reply to me, the CPIO of Honorable Supreme Court of India simply tried to avoid giving me the accurate information to me against this particular point. Thus CPIO of Honorable Supreme Court of India violated RTI Act, 2005.

Against point No.3 of my RTI Application to Honorable Supreme Court of India dated 22.11.2022; Honorable Supreme Court of India is one of the best authorities in this world to give accurate information to me against this point. But in her reply to me, the CPIO of Honorable Supreme Court of India simply tried to avoid giving me the accurate information to me against this particular point. Thus CPIO of Honorable Supreme Court of India violated RTI Act, 2005.

Against point No.4 of my RTI Application to Honorable Supreme Court of India dated 22.11.2022; Honorable Supreme Court of India is one of the best authorities in this world to give accurate information to me against this point. But in her reply to me, the CPIO of Honorable Supreme Court of India simply tried to avoid giving me the accurate information to me against this particular point. Thus CPIO of Honorable Supreme Court of India violated RTI Act, 2005.

From above it is crystal clear that the CPIO of Honorable Supreme Court of India completely violated RTI Act, 2005”.

AT THIS POINT THE FAA OF HONORABLE #SUPREMECOURTOFINDIA INTERVENED AND SAID,”OK. I GOT YOUR POINT. WITHIN NEXT 2DAYS I”LL ISSUE THE ORDER”.

THEN I SAID,”THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR HEARING ME AND I SHALL WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER”.
