This is my Suicide Note. Today (on 29.01.2024), I am going to commit suicide.

It is about to 19years now. No human being is tortured like me in last 5000 years of world history. No man can live in this situation. In 2008 I wrote a petition to Mrs.Sonia Gandhi expressing my desire to end my life if I won’t get money & freedom. In 2009, I wrote three similar petitions to then Prime Minister of India.. The main reason that I have not committed suicide yet is that I got some replies from Government of India against my various RTI Applications since 2007. That made me confident that one day I’ll get Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) & three written assurances from the President of India. Hope of Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) & three written assurances still keeps me alive. Otherwise I would have committed suicide long back.

Dear Sirs/ Madams, in last 18 years I lost everything and suffered like anything. I even lost the will to live this life. If I get Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) and three written assurances from the President of India, I could have thought about to live this life. Otherwise not possible to live this life. Through my 81 pages petition to the Prime Minister of India dated 25.09.2023 for an amount of Rs.71 Lac Crores (US$1trillion) & three written assurances from the President of India with copies to President of India, Home Minister of India, Governor of Assam, Finance Minister of India, Finance Secretary of India, Secretary (Financial Sector), Dr.Abhijit Phukon-Economic Adviser of DFS, Chief Justice of India, Chairman of NHRC, Chief Information Commissioner, State Chief Information Commissioner (Assam Information Commission), Chief Justice of Gauhati High Court, Chairman of Assam Human Rights Commission, Superintendent of Police of Lakhimpur District (Assam), District Commissioner of Lakhimpur District (Assam), District Development Commissioner of Lakhimpur District (Assam), Secretary General of UN, President of USA, Vice President of USA, King Charles III of UK, Prime Minister of UK, President of Russia, President of China, President of France, Mr. Federico Villegas, Mr.Volker Turk, Mr.Nils Melzer of ICRC, Dr. Alice J Edwards, President of European Commission, Prime Minister of Canada, Prime Minister of Australia, Prime Minister of Newzealand, Chancellor of Germany, Queen Rania of Jordan, Prime Minister of Japan, Prime Minister of Israel, President of South Korea, King of Spain, King of Netherlands, King of Sweden, Queen of Denmark, King of Norway, President of Portugal, President of Finland, President of Poland, Prime Minister of Italy, President of Italy, I requested the Prime Minister of India to pay Rs.71Lac Crores (US$1trillion) & issue three written assurances from the President of India on or before 01.11.2023. Through my that Petition to the Prime of India dated 25.09.2023, I informed the Prime Minister of India & all concerned that if I won’t get Rs.71 Lac Crores (US$1trillion) & 3written assurances on or before 01.11.2023, I’ll commit suicide at any moment after 01.11.2023. But the Prime Minister of India hasn’t paid Rs.71 Lac Crores & issued 3written assurances to me yet. I sent RTI to PMO (My RTI to PMO dated 10.10.2023). I also sent First Appeal to PMO (My First Appeal to PMO dated 14.11.2023). But PMO yet again violated RTI Act, 2005 by not providing complete (point wise) & accurate information to me. So, I sent another 2nd Appeal to Honorable Chief Information Commissioner (My 2nd appeal to CIC against PMO dated 02.01.2024).

But till date I have not got freedom & Rs.71 Lac Crores (US$1trillion) along with three written assurances from the President of India.

Today (on 29.01.2024), I am going to commit suicide. After my death I want UN & International Community to come forward to impose severe economic & diplomatic sanctions against Republic of India at least for a period of 10(ten) years from the date of my death so that no other country can dare to do what Republic of India has been doing with me in last 18years.

Secondly after my death I also want UN & International Community to come forward to award capital punishment to this notorious gang of Ek Phool (Ms.Shobhana Bhartia of M/s Hindustan Times –aka Kumari Phulomai Birla) & Her Chaar Mali (Dr.Prannoy Roy-Ex Co Chairman of M/s NDTV-aka Kumar Psycho Roy, Shri Vineet Jain of M/s Times of India-aka Kumar MadanChoor Jain, Shri Arun Poorie of M/s India Today-aka Kumar Behooda Poorie and Shri Jayanta Baruah of M/s Axomiya Pratidin-aka Kumar Gela Baruah) and then instruct Director General of National Museum, New Delhi to preserve their heads in National Museum to show the world what kind of criminal and maniac they are and what they have done to my life since February, 2005.

I already assigned above two tasks to UN & International Community through my 81pages petition to the Prime Minister of India dated 25.09.2023. NDTV & Entire Main Stream Media directly involved in this heinous crime. I have demanded shutdown of NDTV & Entire Main Stream Media for a long time if I won’t get Rs.71Lac Crores & 3written assurances from the President of India. I have not yet got Rs.71Lac Crores & 3written assurances from the President of India. But till date no action has been taken against NDTV & Entire Main Stream Media.

I came to know it is NDTV only in 2011. One day in 2011, a girl named ‘Lilly’ (I don’t know her actual name. Her twitter profile name was ‘Lilly’) wrote in twitter, “It is NDTV. Not Government of India. Shri Arnab Goswami (a news reader of a Mumbai based News Channel) is demanding shutdown of NDTV”. Before that I thought it was Sardar Manmohan Singh and his Government. Later when I heard Shri Arnab Goswami again demanded shutdown of Entire Main Stream Media of India, then only I came to know Entire Main Stream Media of India behind this heinous crime.

Among media, there are three groups. One group supports BJP/ RSS (in social media this group is known as ‘Godi Media’). Another Group supports INC, AAP & their allies (in social media this group is known as ‘Darbari Media’). And third group is Axomiya Media (This group is popularly known as ‘Johamaal Media’). Godi Media & BJP IT Cell want me to suffer in this situation so that they can give more & more benefits to BJP/ RSS. Darbari Media, INC IT Cell, AAP IT Cell want me to suffer in this situation so that they give more & more benefits to INC, AAP & their allies. Johamaal Media & all those people of Assam want me to suffer in this situation so that they can give more & more benefits to Assam & its people. All these are criminal, gang stalker & directly involved in this heinous crime. I demanded capital punishment against those people if I won’t get Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) & 3written assurances from the President of India. But no action has been taken against them.

In 2006, one Shri Vir Sanghvi wrote in Hindustan Times advising me to ‘speak out for freedom of speech’. Few weeks later in the same news paper one Shri Vinod Mehta wrote that I shouldn’t get freedom of speech. So, in those days I thought it was Government of India.

So, I sent my first petition to Prime Minister of India on 24.11.2006. Since then I sent many petitions to Prime Minister of India, President of India and to Mrs.Sonia Gandhi. I also sent 20nos of Petitions to Chief Justice of India, 9 nos of Petitions to Chairman of National Human Rights Commission and 14nos of Petitions to International community till date. I also sent total 69nos of Bills till date. I sent a copy of my each bill to Prime Minister of India/ President of India, Chief Justice of India, Chairman of National Human Rights Commission and to International community. I also lodged a police complaint at Okhla Police Station in Delhi in 2014. Again I submitted another complaint at Narayanpur police station, Narayanpur, District: Lakhimpur, Assam, (India) on 10.07.2021.

Since 2005, Republic of India has been taking many exceptional benefits out of my huge sufferings. But at the same time failed to set me free from this illegal and barbaric confinement with my dues of Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion) and three written assurances from President of India in spite of my repeated plea since 2006. I have demanded severe economic and diplomatic sanctions against Republic of India if I won’t get Rs.71 Lac Crores & 3written assurances from the President of India. But UN & International has not taken any action against Republic of India yet.

This Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi too promised to pay Rs.7Lac Crores to me in 2014-just before 2014 General Election. But he has n’t paid Rs.71 Lac Crores (US$1trillion) to me yet. Nobody is honest in India (except me). Fact is that an Indian is not a LW/ RW nor any kind of activist to any cause. An Indian is basically a 'papi pet ka pujari' - dangerously dishonest, criminal, murderer, match fixer, EVM machine hacker and dalal to the core. They even didn't spare my 78years old father (Late Krishna Borah), damaged the left leg of my elder brother Shri Rajesh Borah permanently and ruined the life of my young bhatija Shri Hritik Raj Borah apart from torturing me in such a manner.

Some cunning lawyers used me in Honorable Supreme Court of India and various other courts of India to take benefits from judiciary without my knowledge & consent. I already sent 20nos petitions to Honorable Chief Justice of India. Apart from that I sent a copy of my each bill and a copy of my each petition to various authorities such as Prime Minister of India, President of India, Chairman of NHRC & International Community to Honorable Chief Justice of India through registered/ speed post. But I have not received Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) & above three written assurances from the President of India yet. I demanded capital punishment of all those cunning lawyers if I won’t get Rs.71,00,000 Crores (US$1trillion) and three written assurances from President of India. But no action has been taken against them.

All these years all those Judges of Honorable Supreme Court of India and various other courts in India secretly obeying me like little kids-as if I am their real 'Father'. But in spite of my so many petitions and bills, I sent to Honorable Chief Justice of India I have not received yet Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) and three written assurances from the President of India yet. The manner in which Honorable Supreme Court of India ignored my all those petitions and bills should be a matter of serious concern for entire world. This time I demanded Honorable Supreme Court of India to obey every single word of my petition to the Prime Minister of India dated 25.09.2023 (Copy of which I sent to Honorable Chief Justice of India also). But till date I have not received Rs.71 Lac Crores & 3written assurances from the President of India. On 08.01.2024, I tried to attend FA hearing of Honorable Supreme Court of India through CISCO WEBEX. But they did n’t allow me to attend FA hearing by applying spyware in my mobile phone & in my laptop. On that day itself (on 08.01.2024), I sent an email to the FAA of Honorable Supreme Court of India narrating the story how they prevented me from attending FA hearing & requesting him to take FA hearing on another date or else instruct the CPIO to give me complete (point wise) & accurate information to me. On 09.01.2024, I sent a similar letter to the FAA of Honorable Supreme Court of India through speed post. On 17.01.2024, again I sent another email to the FAA of Honorable Supreme Court of India. Next day I took print out of this Email (my email to the FAA of Honorable Supreme Court of India dated 17.01.2024) sent to the FAA of Honorable Supreme Court of India with copies to President of India, Chief Justice of India, Chairman of NHRC & Chief Information Commissioner through speed post.

Due to utter negligence of PMO, MHA, MIB, Delhi Police, Chief Secretary of Assam, District Commissioner of Lakhimpur District (Assam) and Assam Police (Lakhimpur Police), I am suffering like this. I went to meet Superintendent of Police, North Lakhimpur Shri Anand Mishra more than ten times. Only four times they allowed me to meet him. Fourth time when I met him, he got up from his chair & then he told me," Me & DC (District Commissioner) are very small officers. We can't do anything". I again met SP, North Lakhimpur, Shri Anand Mishra-just 2/3 days before he left North Lakhimpur. This time they allowed me to meet him. This time he asked me, “When you sent the petition to the prime minister of india”? I replied, “on 25.09.2023”. Then he again asked me, “When you sent the 2nd appeal”? I replied, “On 02.01.2024”. Then he said,” Now Prime Minister of India has to pay Rs.71laccrores to you. If he pays Rs.71laccrores in Delhi, we (Assam Police) will take you to New Delhi & hand over the demand draft of Rs.71laccrores to you at New Delhi. If Prime Minister sends the demand draft of Rs.71laccrores to North Lakhimpur, we (Assam Police) will hand over the demand draft of Rs.71laccrores to you here at North Lakhimpur”.

When I sent bills to Dr.Prannoy Roy, Mrs.Radhika Roy and their entire associates, this

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and others from Central and various other State

Governments took benefits by performing monkey dance in front of those naughty girls

of main stream media & Twitter.

And when I sent petitions to Governments, people like Mr.Rahul Gandhi (of INC) ,

Shri Arvind Kejriwal (Chief Minister of Delhi), Shri Nitish Kumar (Chief Ministers of Bihar) and others (including Muslims, Ahoms etc.) took benefits by performing monkey dance in front of those naughty girls of main stream media & Twitter.

Dear Sirs/ Madams, it is not possible for me to live in this illegal, inhuman & barbaric confinement anymore. All these years, I live in this situation with a hope that one day I’ll get Rs.71Lac Crores (US$1trillion) & 3written assurances from the President of India. But inspite of my so many petitions & bills since 2006, I have not yet got Rs.71Lac Crores (US$1trillion) & 3written assurances from the President of India. Therefore I took this decision to end my life.

Already President’s Secretariat (office of President of India), PMO, MHA, Ministry of Finance, Supreme Court of India, NHRC, Chief Information Commission, Office of Governor of Assam, Gauhati High Court, Office of District Commissioner-North Lakhimpur (Assam), Office of Superintendent of Police-North Lakhimpur (Assam) are aware of my this decision.

Once again I would like to request UN & International Community to carry out following two tasks after my death:

After my death I want UN & International Community to come forward to impose severe economic & diplomatic sanctions against Republic of India at least for a period of 10(ten) years from the date of my death so that no other country can dare to do what Republic of India has been doing with me in last 18years.
