On 01.04.2024, I attended another hearing of CIC against my 2nd Appeal to Supreme Court of India, PMO & MHA. I downloaded CIC’s decision against above hearing from their website. CIC instructed CPIO of Supreme Court of India, PMO & MHA to provide me a copy of their latest written submission along with annexure within 7 working days from the date of receipt of CIC’s order through speed post & email. But CIC didn’t take any action against those erring CPIO & FAA of Supreme Court of India, PMO & MHA. AND TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY EMAIL FROM SUPREME COURT OF INDIA, PMO & MHA.
