Today I must get freedom and my dues of RS.20KCRORE along with a written assurance from President of India

Today is 3.4.2020. Mera mamla RS.20KCRORE and a written assurance ka hai. RS.20KCRORE and a written assurance mil janese chup rohoonga. Otherwise churunga nahi. It is already 16 years now. Nowhere in this world a human being is tortured like me in last 5000 years of world history. They made more than 1 lakh clones out of Me. They also applied DEW and RNM along with weapon grade spyware on me. In last 16 years they tortured each and every organ of my body including my brain, liver, heart, kidney, penis, bones etc. In 2009, one day they cut my heart and then hanged it from my neck. After that my heart was swinging like a pendulum for next 45days. Another day in 2009, they took my brain out and then burned it. I became senseless and fell down on the floor. My brain was their worst victim. Layers of layer electronic devices they inserted into my brain. They removed one such layer of electronic devices from my brain when parliament passed Lokpal Bill. They removed another such layer of electronic devices from my brain when Mr.Barack Obama visited India in 2005. They also damaged my private part by inserting hot iron rods into thin capillaries of my private part in 2012 and 2013. They also tried to murder me several times including one that 10days long bloodbath in 2009. In 2009, at Indore, I did Full body CT scan and MRI scan of my brain. That Full body CT scan revealed that almost all my bones more particularly my spinal cord got decayed. That was in January, 2009. After that I have not done any Full body CT scan. One can easily imagine conditions of my bones right now. They also kept Some of my family members as captive along with me. My father was also their captive. On 2.6.2013, they brutally tortured and murdered my father Late Krishna Borah. In 2008, they damaged the left leg of my elder brother Sri Rajesh Borah permanently. This is illegal and barbaric confinement. Only motive of this illegal and barbaric  confinement is to facilitate all kinds of people to make money and to take benefits such as political, economic and benefits from judiciary. Also to use my life under this captive situation for various national/ international purposes and for supreme national interest etc. One more motive of this illegal and barbaric confinement is to hack EVM machines to win elections. In fact EVM machines are hacked in India in all elections since 2006. That's why I charged RS.15 CRORE/ hour. I sent my first petition to Prime Minister of India in 2006. Since then I sent more than 100 petitions to Prime Minister of India, President of India and to Mrs.Sonia Gandhi seeking freedom and my dues of RS.20KCRORE along with a written assurance from President of India. I also sent 17 nos of Petitions to Chief Justice of India, 7 nos of Petitions to Chairman of National Human Rights Commission and 11 nos of Petitions to International community till date seeking freedom and my dues of RS.20KCRORE along with a written assurance from President of India. I also sent total 68 nos of Bills till date. I sent copy of my each bill to Prime Minister of India/ President of India, Chief Justice of India, Chairman of National Human Rights Commission and to International community seeking freedom and my dues of RS.20KCRORE along with a written assurance from President of India. Out of frustration I deleted that blog in 2010. However hardcopies of some of those petititions along with replies received from PMO, MHA, MIB and NHRC are still with me. Since 2005, Republic of India has been taking many exceptional benefits out of my huge sufferings, but at the same time failed to set me and my family members free from this illegal and barbaric confinement with my dues of RS.20KCRORE along with a written assurance from President of India inspite of my repeated plea since 2006. This Prime Minister of India, Sri Narendra Modi too promised to pay RS.7LAKH CRORE to me in 2014 - just before 2014 General Election. But he hasn't paid me RS.20KCRORE yet. Nobody is honest in India (except me). In India ( except me) all are dalal, criminal, murderer, matchfixer and EVM machine hacker. This world will be a much better place to live without these 1.36 billion criminals (including these entire 36 million people of Assam). If somebody murder entire 1.36 billion Indian (except me &my family members those who are captive along with me), in that case I don't want a single coin. Otherwise I want RS.20KCRORE and a written assurance from President of India. In fact I should get entire bill amount of RS.15LAKH CRORE. But I want only RS.20KCRORE. I'll not accept anything less than RS.20KCRORE. I also must get a written assurance from President of India that Republic of India will arrest, punish and hang DR.Pronoy Roy, Mrs.Radhika Roy, Sri Jayanta Baruah, Sri Tarun Gogoi, Md.Shahrukh Khan, Md.Salman Khan, Baba Ramdev, Sri Vineet Jain, Sri Arun Poorie, Ms.Shovana Bhartia, Mr.Mark Zuckerbeg and their entire associates if in case if I die before my age of 70years. On 19.1.2020, I sent my 16TH petition to Chief Justice of India with copies to International community asking CJI to behave &act like a CJI, not like other 'papi pet ka pujari' type of Indian &to strictly obey every single word of my 15TH petition to CJI dated 23.10.2019. On 12.3.2020, I sent my 17TH petition to Chief Justice of India with copies to International community asking CJI to strictly obey every single word of my 15TH and 16TH petitions to Chief Justice of India. All these years all those judges of #SupremeCourtofIndia and Various other courts in India secretly obeying me like little kids - as if I am their real 'Baap'. After that How can Supreme Court disobey my 15TH, 16TH and 17th petitions to Chief Justice of India? This time #SupremeCourtofIndia must obey every single word of my 15TH, 16TH and 17th petitions to Chief Justice of India - whole world is watching Supreme Court of India. Today (on 3.4.2020) #SupremeCourtofIndia must instruct Prime Minister of India to deposit my dues of RS.20KCRORE into my bank account. #SupremeCourt also must instruct Secretary of MHA to issue a written assurance to me on behalf of President of India. #SupremeCourt also must instruct Prime Minister of India to deploy a high power task force to set me and my family members free from this illegal and barbaric confinement.

Sub: An appeal to the international Community to rescue my life from the hands of my captors.
Respected Sir/ Madam,
I am a citizen of republic of India. For last four and half years, some private people of this country who called themselves “ Nation First’ gang kept me as their captive using high tech technology for their own political and personal benefits and in spite of my repeated  plea they refused to set me free and pay me adequate compensation.
Earlier I thought it was Government of India who entrapped me and then gave live access of every single moment of life to various news/ tv channels and all kinds of people of this country. These people made huge amount of money out of my life. I got annoyed and lost my patience on these people as I  have not heard of them talking about my freedom. Though there was no official communication from GOI, I now realized that it was not GOI, but some private people who kept me as their captive for their own personal and political benefits violating all universally applicable human rights applicable all over the world.
On 11.07.2009, I complained about these people to the president of India, instead of setting me free with adequate compensation and outright apology, as I asked for, these people started bleeding me by stabbing in my liver and other parts of my body causing huge bloodbath, as soon as I reached New Delhi, the capital city of the country and in front of more than 300 people.
Though GOI is duty bound to rescue my life from the hands of my captor, probably GOI is either helpless or does not have sufficient technology to rescue my life from their hands. As there is no other option left for me, I would like to appeal to the international community to come forward and rescue my life from hands of my captors.
I will remain greatful to the international community, if international community comes forward and save my life from the hands of my captors.

1. Mrs. Hillary Clinton, Secy of States, USA- Dear Madam, in your last visit to India, you came to know about me. I do n’t know what you were told or what you heard about me. But fact is that I am still a captive.

Earlier I thought, it was Government of India, who entrapped and then gave ‘live’ access of every single moment of my life to almost all the news channels and all kinds of people of this country.
But now I realized some private people kept me as their captive ( using some advanced high tech technology) violating all universally applicable human rights applicable all over the world for their own personal, political and monetary benefits. They made huge amount of money out of my life (approximately more than Rs. 20,000 crores)-illegally, inhumanly and took exceptional political benefits by blackmailing entire system. They caused immense damage to my body and mind. Instead of my repeated plea, they refused to set me free.

On 11.07.2009, I complained about these people to The President of India. But instead of setting me free with adequate compensation, these people started bleeding me by stabbing in my liver and other parts of my body causing huge bloodbath. This particular in human torture took place in front of eyes of more than 300 people and most of the senior minister of GOI aware about it. I complaint to the President of India against those people, but Government of India did not take any action against those people.

Dear Madam, my thoughts and ideas are legal-but I am illegal. I have been forced to live like an animal in order to facilitate those people to make money out of my life. It is almost like an animal kept inside a cage , placed it in a busy market place. I have not heard a similar terrible story in last 5000 years of world history. I have been living under this situation for last four and half years. I submitted more than 22 petitions to The President, Prime Minister and Mrs. Sonia Gandhi- but nothing came out. Probably Government of India does not have sufficient technology to rescue my life from the hands of my captors.

Therefore, Madam, please do something to rescue my life from the hands of my captors. Please save my life. I will remain grateful to International Community if they come forward to save my life.
