MY LETTER TO THE FAA OF SUPREME COURT OF INDIA DATED 09.01.2024

DEAR SIR,
Yesterday (on 08.01.2024) I established the connection to attend
the FA hearing of the Honorable Supreme Court of India through CISCO WEBEX both
from my mobile phone and from my laptop. But around 11.30 AM, they disconnected
the CISCO WEBEX both in my mobile phone & in my laptop through spyware.
After that I tried very hard to re establish the connection. But they didn't
allow me to attend the hearing. This is completely illegal.
Dear Sir, the CPIO of the Honorable Supreme Court of India
completely violated RTI Act, 2005 by not providing complete (point wise) &
accurate information to me. In fact the CPIO of the Honorable Supreme Court of
India not only violated RTI Act, 2005; but also put RTI Act, 2005 in great
danger. Therefore kindly take FA hearing on another day. As you are aware that
I am a victim of weapon grade spyware too, kindly instruct both Government of
India & this notorious gang of EK PHOOL & HER CHAAR MALI not to create
any problem in my this dual SIM mobile phone (Make: Samsung, Model: M01,
Internet Service Provider: Reliance JIO & Vodafone Idea) and in my Laptop
(Make: IBALL, OS: Microsoft Window 10; Internet Service Provider: Reliance JIO
& Vodafone Idea) on the date of FA hearing so that I can attend the FA
Hearing smoothly. Otherwise instruct the CPIO to provide me complete (point
wise) & accurate information to me.
I am in a terrible situation. It is already 18 years now.
Nowhere in this world, is a human being tortured like me in last 5000 years of
world history. This is a grave crime against humanity. Also gang stalking itself
is a heinous crime. I can’t tolerate it anymore. I want freedom. I want my dues
of Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion). I’ll not accept anything less than
Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion). Now I am in deep financial crisis.
Therefore, I want my dues of Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion) at the
earliest. I don’t want a job & I don’t want to be a politician. I
want Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion) and three written assurances from the
President of India. & I’ll marry a girl or 10(ten) only after I get
Rs.71,00,000Crores & three written assurances from the President of India.
As my bank accounts are no longer safe, I want Rs.71Lac Crores (US$1trillion)
in the form of Demand Draft payable at North Lakhimpur, Assam, India.
In this situation one should not trust anybody except himself.
Because all are working as a part of a large Gang Stalking Gang to make money
and to take benefits out of my huge sufferings. Luckily my two brothers &
their family members are not aware about the situation that I am in. Otherwise
I would have been in a more difficult situation now.
In life only father & mother are real well wishers. Others
are all opportunist. They murdered my father on 2nd June 2013 and my mother
expired on 26th June, 2004. I am still unmarried and single. Therefore I am
shouting for a long time: no Individual (except me)/ Government/ Political
party/ Organization/ Profession/ Community/ Place/ Religion/Corporate/ caste/
Tribe/ Race/ Gender should get money or any other benefits out of my huge
sufferings. None of my relatives, friends and family members (except me) should
get money or any other benefits out of my huge sufferings. Only I must
get Rs.71,00,000Crores (Rupees Seventy One Lac Crores only) and
three written assurances from President of India.
I wrote my first petition to the Prime Minister of India on
24.11.2006. Since then I wrote many petitions to the Prime Minister of India,
the President of India and to Mrs.Sonia Gandhi. I also sent 20nos of petitions
to Chief Justice of India, 9nos of petitions to Chairman of National Human
Rights Commission and 14nos of petitions to International Community till date.
I also sent total 69nos of bills till date. I sent copy of my each bill to
Prime Minister of India, President of India, Chief Justice of India, Chairman
of National Human Rights Commission and to International Community. I also
lodged a police complaint at Okhla Police Station in 2014. Again I submitted
another police complaint at Narayanpur Police Station, Narayanpur, District:
Lakhimpur, Assam (India) on 10.07.2021.
Some cunning lawyers secretly used me in the Supreme Court of
India & various other courts in India to take benefits from Judiciary. I
already sent 20 numbers of Petitions to the Chief Justice of India. I also sent
a copy of my each bill & a copy of my each petition to various authorities
to the Chief Justice of India through registered/ speed post. But I have not
received Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) & 3written assurances from President
of India yet. All those cunning lawyers also must get capital punishment if I
won't get freedom &my dues of Rs.71LacCrores along with 3written assurances
from President of India. All these years all those Judges of Supreme Court of
India & various other courts in India secretly obeying me like little kids-
as if I am their real Father. But in spite of my so many petitions & bills
to the Chief Justice of India, I have not yet received Rs.71LacCrores
(US$1trillion) & 3written assurances from President of India. The way the Supreme
Court of India ignored my all those petitions & bills should be a matter of
serious concern for entire world. Therefore this time the Supreme Court of
India must obey every single word of my petition to the Prime Minister of
India dated 25.09.2023 (Copy of Which I sent to the Chief Justice of India too)
- whole world is watching the Supreme Court of India. This time the Supreme
Court of India must instruct the Prime Minister of India/ Government of India
to pay Rs.71Lac Crores (US$1trillion) to me. The Supreme Court of India also
must instruct the Home Secretary, Government of India to issue three written
assurances to me on behalf of President of India. The Supreme Court of India also
must instruct the Prime Minister of India to deploy a high Power Task force to
set me free from this illegal,inhuman & barbaric confinement. If I won't
get Rs.71Lac Crores & 3written assurances from the President of India, the Supreme
Court of India must have to award capital punishment to Dr.Prannoy Roy (Ex Co
Chairman of M/s NDTV Ltd), Mrs.Radhika Roy (Ex Co Chairman of M/s NDTV Ltd.),
Shri Jayanta Baruah (of M/s Axomiya Pratidin Group), Shri Gaurav Gogoi ( of
Indian National Congress), Md.Shahrukh Khan (Film Actor, Mumbai),
Md.SalmanKhan (Film Actor, Mumbai), Baba Ramdev (of M/s Patanjali Group), Shri

Mumbai), Md. Badruddin Azmal (of AIUDF) & their entire associates &
then instruct National Museum to preserve their heads in National Museum to
show the world what kind of criminal & maniac they are & what they have
done to my life since February, 2005.
DUE TO UTTER NEGLIGENCE IN THE PART OF PMO,MHA,MIB,DELHI POLICE,
CHIEF SECRETARY OF ASSAM, ASSAM POLICE (LAKHIMPUR POLICE) & DISTRICT
COMMISSIONER OF LAKHIMPUR DISTRICT, I AM SUFFERING LIKE THIS. NHRC COULD HAVE
TAKEN ACTION AGAINST THEM IF IT CAN’T TAKE ACTION AGAINST DR.PRANNOY ROY,
MRS.RADHIKA ROY AND THEIR ENTIRE ASSOCIATES. I ALREADY SENT 9 NUMBERS OF
PETITIONS TO THE CHAIRMAN OF NHRC. I ALSO SENT A COPY OF MY EACH BILL
(TOTAL69NOS TILL DATE) & A COPY OF MY EACH PETITION TO VARIOUS AUTHORITIES
TO THE CHAIRMAN OF NHRC. BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED RS.71LACCRORES (US$1TRILLION)
&3WRITTEN ASSURANCES FROM THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA YET. WHAT IS GOING ON IN
NHRC IS A MATTER OF SERIOUS CONSERN FOR ENTIRE WORLD.
Since 2005, Republic of India has been taking many exceptional
benefits out of my huge sufferings. But at the same time failed to set me free
from this illegal, inhuman and barbaric confinement with Rs.71,00,000 Crores
(US$1trillion) & three assurances from the President of India in spite of
my repeated plea since 2006.
No man can live in this situation. In 2008, I wrote a petition to
Mrs.Sonia Gandhi expressing my desire to end my life if I won’t get money and freedom.
In 2009 too I wrote 3numbers similar petitions to then Prime Minister of India,
Sardar Manmohan Singh. The main reason I have not committed suicide yet is that
I received some replies from Government of India against my various RTI
application since 2007. That made me confident that one day I’ll get
Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion)& 3written assurances from President of India.
Hope of Rs.71LacCrores & 3written assurances keep me still alive. Otherwise
I would have committed suicide long back. I even lost a will to live this life.
If I get Rs.71LacCrores & 3written assurances from the President of India,
I can think about to live this life. Otherwise I have to end my life-no other
alternative. Enough is enough. I have not received Rs.71LacCrores & 3written
assurances on or before 01.11.2023. I’ll wait few more days. If I won’t get
Rs.71LacCrores & 3written assurances from the President of India, I’ll end
my life at any moment. After my death I want UN & International Community
to impose severe economic & diplomatic sanctions against Republic of India
at least for a period of 10 years from the date of my death so that no other
country can dare to do what Republic of India has been doing with me in last
18years. Secondly, after my death, I also want UN & International Community
to come forward to award capital punishment to this notorious gang of Ek Phool
and Her Chaar Mali and then preserve their heads in National Museum to show the
world what kind of criminal & maniac they are and what they have done to my
life since February, 2005. I already assigned above 2tasks to UN & International
Community thro my 81pages petition to the Prime Minister of India dated
25.09.2023.
Recently I sent my 81pages petition to the Prime Minister of
India dated 25.09.2023 thro’ speed post. I sent a copy of my above petition to
the Prime Minister of India dated 25.09.2023 to the Chief Justice of India also
thro’ speed post. After that I sent a RTI Application to Honorable Supreme
Court of India (My RTI Application to the Supreme Court of India dated
14.10.2023) seeking following information:
1. What
action Honorable Supreme Court of India has taken on my above petition to the
Prime Minister of India dated 25.09.2023? (I want a copy of the Honorable
Supreme Court of India’s order on my above petition to the Prime Minister of
India dated 25.09.2023. Therefore, please send a copy of Honorable Supreme
Court of India’s order on my above petition to the Prime Minister of India
dated 25.09.2023).
2. When
shall I get Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion)? (Please note I must get
Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion) on or before 01.11.2023. I shall not accept
anything less than Rs.71,00,000Crores. As my bank accounts are no longer safe,
I want Rs.71,00,000Crores in the form of demand draft payable at North
Lakhimpur,Assam, India).

shall I get three written assurances from the President of India?
4. When
the Prime Minister of India will deploy a high power task force to set me free
from this illegal, inhuman and barbaric confinement?
Information I sought are of vital public importance, my dues of
Rs.71,00,000 Crores (US$1trillion) and my freedom from this illegal &
barbaric confinement along with three written assurances from President of
India. Information I sought are not only crucial to me, but crucial to
entire world also. Information I sought are of vital public importance which
shows the transparency & accountability in the functioning of the Supreme
Court of India and practice of Standard Operating Procedures while such
requests are made by the public at large.
The CPIO of the Honorable Supreme Court of India received my RTI
Application to the Honorable Supreme Court of India dated 14.10.2023. But even
after completion of mandatory 30days period, I have not yet received any reply
from the CPIO of the Honorable Supreme Court of India. This is a clear
violation of RTI Act, 2005. So I sent my First Appeal to the Honorable Supreme
Court of India on 18.11.2023. The CPIO of the Supreme Court of India wrote to
me on 23.11.2023. In her reply, the CPIO of the Honorable Supreme Court of
India failed to give complete (Point Wise) & accurate information to me.
Thus the CPIO of the Honorable Supreme Court of India violated RTI Act, 2005.
Against Point No.1 of my RTI Application to the Honorable
Supreme Court of India dated 14.10.2023, the Honorable Supreme Court of India
is the best authority in this world to give accurate information to me. But the
CPIO of the Honorable Supreme Court of India chose not to give any reply to me
at all. Thus the CPIO of the Honorable Supreme Court of India not only violated
RTI Act, 2005; but also put RTI Act, 2005 in great danger.
Against Point No.2 of my RTI Application to the Honorable
Supreme Court of India dated 14.10.2023 (i.e. date of payment of Rs.71LacCrores
(US$1trillion) to me), the Honorable Supreme Court of India is one of the best
authorities in this world to give accurate information to me. But the CPIO of the
Honorable Supreme Court of India chose not to give any reply to me at all. Thus
the CPIO of the Honorable Supreme Court of India not only violated RTI Act,
2005; but also put RTI Act, 2005 in great danger.
Against Point No.3 of my RTI Application to the Honorable
Supreme Court of India dated 14.10.2023, the Honorable Supreme Court of India
is one of the best authorities in this world to give accurate information to
me. But the CPIO of the Honorable Supreme Court of India chose not to give any
reply to me at all. Thus the CPIO of the Honorable Supreme Court of India not
only violated RTI Act, 2005; but also put RTI Act, 2005 in great danger.
Against Point No.4 of my RTI Application to the Honorable
Supreme Court of India dated 14.10.2023, the Honorable Supreme Court of India
is one of the best authorities in this world to give accurate information to
me. But the CPIO of the Honorable Supreme Court of India chose not to give any
reply to me at all. Thus the CPIO of the Honorable Supreme Court of India not
only violated RTI Act, 2005; but also put RTI Act, 2005 in great danger.
From above it is crystal clear that the CPIO of the Honorable
Supreme Court of India not only violated RTI Act, 2005 but also put RTI Act,
2005 in great danger. That can’t be allowed to happen.
Relief Sought:
Dear Sir/ Madam, based on my above details & ordeal I have
gone through, please instruct the CPIO to give me complete (point wise) &
accurate information forthwith or collect the information and send those point
wise & accurate information to me immediately.
And also recommend to the Chief Information Commissioner that
penalty and disciplinary action should be taken against the CPIO as per RTI
Act,2005 for not maintaining records and for not providing information as
mandated in the law.
The information requested by me were of vital public importance
and as per RTI Act, 2005, non-availability and non-maintenance of records/
documents or information is a complete violation of the RTI Act,2005 and the
person must be penalized for his/her act of dereliction of duty and
irregularity in work as per RTI Act,2005.
Dear Sir, therefore, I humbly request you take my hearing on a
new date again. As you are aware that I

Dear
Sir,
A
few days ago, I received your above referred letter dated 16.01.2023. I kept
that letter in a bag in another room. I thought that date of hearing against my
First Appeal on 16.02.2023. Today I took out that letter from that bag and
found date of hearing against my first appeal was on 13.02.2023. Immediately I
tried to contact you on this number:(011-23112505) and CPIO in these numbers
(011-23073590 & 011-23115617). But I could not able to contact you and CPIO
on above numbers from my and my sister-in-laws mobile phone. After much effort
I able to contact a mobile phone (Mobile Phone Number: 9873549944) of a Supreme
Court of India’s employee. He too simply told me, ‘Tapanji,I got transferred from
Supreme Court of India and I don’t know anything’. Dear Sir, please note: I am
not only a victim of RNM (Remote Neural Manipulation) and other bio-engineering
technologies & devices, but also a victim of weapon grade spywares.
As
I could not able to attend the hearings against my First Appeal yesterday, I
would like to submit it in writing here.
Recently,
I sent a petition to the President of India dated 05.11.2022. I sent a copy of
my petition to the President of India dated 05.11.2022 to the Chief Justice of
India also. After that I sent a RTI Application to the CPIO of Honorable
Supreme Court of India seeking following information (My RTI Application to the
CPIO of Honorable Supreme Court of India dated 22.11.2022) :
1. What
action honorable Supreme Court of India has taken on my above petition to
President of India dated 05.11.2022? I want a copy of Court order against my
above petition to The President of India dated 05.11.2022. Please send a copy
of the court order against my above petition to the President of India dated
05.11.2022.

When shall I get my dues of Rs.71,00,000
Crores (US$1trillion) ? (Please note I must get Rs.71,00,000 Crores
(US$1trillion). I shall not accept anything less than Rs.71,00,000Crores
(US$1trillion). As my bank accounts are no longer safe, I want
Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion) in the form of Demand Draft payable at North
Lakhimpur, Assam, India.)

shall I get three written assurances from President of India?

When Prime Minister of India will
deploy a high power task force to set me and my family members (those who are
captive along with me- as mentioned in my petition to President of India dated
05.11.2022 ) free from this illegal, inhuman and barbaric confinement?
As
I didn’t receive reply from CPIO of Honorable Supreme Court of India in time, I
sent my First Appeal to the FAA of Honorable Supreme Court of India (My First
Appeal to Honorable Supreme Court of India dated 01.01.2023). After that I got
a reply from the CPIO of Honorable Supreme Court of India (Letter No.Dy.No.10170&10170A/RTI/22-23/SCI
Dated 03.01.2023).
Against
point No.2 of my RTI Application to Honorable Supreme Court of India dated
22.11.2022 (i.e, date of payment of Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion) to me), Honorable
Supreme Court of India is one of the best authority in this world to give
accurate information to me against this point. But in her reply to me, the CPIO
of Honorable Supreme Court of India simply tried to avoid giving me the accurate
information to me against this particular point. Thus violated RTI Act, 2005.
Against
point No.3 of my RTI Application to Honorable Supreme Court of India dated
22.11.2022, Honorable Supreme Court of India is one of the best authority in
this world to give accurate information to me against this point. But in her
reply to me, the CPIO of Honorable Supreme Court of India simply tried to avoid
giving me the accurate information to me against this particular point. Thus
violated RTI Act, 2005.
Against
point No.4 of my RTI Application to Honorable Supreme Court of India dated
22.11.2022, Honorable Supreme Court of India is one of the best authority in
this world to give accurate information to me against this point. But in her
reply to me, the CPIO of Honorable Supreme Court of India simply tried to avoid
giving me the accurate information to me against this particular point. Thus
violated RTI Act, 2005.
From
above it is crystal clear that the CPIO of Honorable Supreme Court of India is
completely violated RTI Act, 2005.
The
information requested by me was of vital public importance and as per RTI
Act,2005, non-availability and non-maintenance of records/ documents or
information is a complete violation of the RTI Act, 2005 and the person must be
penalized for his/her act of dereliction of duty and irregularity in work as
per RTI Act, 2005.
Therefore Sir, Kindly instruct the
CPIO to give me complete (point wise) and accurate information to me. And also
reprimand the CPIO for her dereliction of duty. Otherwise, as per RTI Act,
2005, I shall be forced to approach the honorable CIC for the complaint against
the FAA as well.
If
you want another hearing through video conferencing (through Cisco-Webex), I am
ready for it.
