Dear
Sir,
I
am in a terrible situation. It is already 16 years now. Nowhere in this world, is
a human being tortured like me in last 5000 years of world history. This is a
grave crime against humanity. Also gang stalking itself is a heinous crime. I
can’t tolerate it anymore. I want freedom. I want freedom of my family members
those who are captive along with me. I want my dues of Rs.67,00,000Crores
(US$1trillion). I’ll not accept anything less than Rs.67,00,000Crores
(US$1trillion). I also want three written assurances from the President of
India.
I
wrote my first petition to the Prime Minister of India on 24.11.2006. Since
then I wrote many petitions to the Prime Minister of India, the President of
India and to Mrs.Sonia Gandhi. I also sent 20nos of petitions to Chief Justice
of India, 9nos of petitions to Chairman of National Human Rights Commission and
14nos of petitions to International Community till date. I also sent total
69nos of bills till date. I sent copy of my each bill to Prime Minister of
India, President of India, Chief Justice of India, Chairman of National Human
Rights Commission and to International Community. I also lodged a police
complaint at Okhla Police Station in 2014. Again I submitted another police
complaint at Narayanpur Police Station, Narayanpur, District: Lakhimpur, Assam
(India) on 10.07.2021.
Recently
I sent my one another petition to the President of India dated 25.06.2021 (copy
enclosed). I also sent copy of my 69th bill dated 01.06.2021, my 9th
Petition to Chairman of NHRC dated 13.07.2021, my 20th Petition to
Chief Justice of India dated 14.07.2021 and my 14th Petition to The UN and International
Community dated 16.07.2021 to the President of India . After that I sent a RTI Application to President’s
Secretariat dated 28.08.2021 through speed post.
On
28.10.2021, I received a reply from CPIO of the President’s secretariat (Letter
No.0619/RTI/09/21-22 dated 08.10.2021). In his reply, CPIO of the President’s
Secretariat informed me that President’s secretariat simply filed my petition
to The President of India dated 25.06.2021 as I sent photocopy of that petition
to the President of India. Then I sent original petition to the President of
India dated 25.06.2021 with a forwarding letter dated 29.10.2021. After that I
sent a RTI Application to President’s Secretariat dated 25.11.2021 through
speed post.
On
27.12.2021, I received a reply from CAPIO of President’s Secretariat (Letter
No.0976/RTI/12/21-22). On her reply to me, CAPIO of President’s Secretariat
informed me that President’s Secretariat forwarded ‘in original’ my petition to
The President of India dated 25.06.2021 and my letter to The President of India
dated 29.10.2021 to The Secretary to The Government of India, Ministry of Home
Affairs for appropriate attention. She also advised me to collect information
against point 2 to point 4 of my RTI Application to President’s Secretariat
dated 25.11.2021 from the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Now
I want to know following information from you:
1.
What
action Ministry of Home Affairs has taken on my above Petition to the President
of India dated 25.06.2021?
2.
When
shall I get my dues of Rs.67,00,000 Crores (US$1trillion)? (Please note I must
get US$1 trillion. I’ll not accept anything less than Rs.67,00,000Crores.)
3.
When
shall I get three written assurances from the President of India?
4.
When
the Prime Minister of India will deploy a high power task force to set me and
my family members (those who are captive along with me –as mentioned in my
petition to the President of India dated 25.06.2021) free from this illegal,
inhuman and barbaric confinement?
I
want above information under RTI Act,2005.
Information
I sought are of vital public importance, my dues of Rs.67,00,000Crores and my
freedom from this illegal, inhuman and barbaric confinement along with three
written assurances from the President of India. Information I sought are not
only crucial to me but also crucial to entire world. Information I sought are
of vital public importance which shows the transparency and accountability in
the functioning of MHA and practice of standard operating
procedures while such requests are made by public at large.
Therefore, please
send complete (point wise) and accurate information to me within 30 working
days.
