Sub: F.I.R. AGAINST DR.PRONOY ROY, MRS.RADHIKA ROY OF M/S NDTV
LTD AND THEIR ASSOCIATES.
DEAR SIR,
I am in a terrible situation. My
life is in great danger. IN THE MONTH OF FEB’2005, DR. PRONOY ROY &
MRS.RADHIKA ROY OF M/S NDTV LTD, 207,Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-3, New
Delhi-20 inserted an unknown dangerous technology in to my body without my
knowledge and consent thus made me captive in complete violation of UNHRC and
in complete violation of all prevailing law of India and then gave access of
every single second of my life to facilitate all kinds of people to make money
(by allowing them to make movies, songs, tv commercials, tv talk show etc.) and
to take benefits such as political, economic and benefits from judiciary, and
to use my life under this captive situation for various national purposes &
for supreme national interest etc. illegally, inhumanly without my knowledge
and consent & at the cost of my huge sufferings & at the cost of my
right, life and dignity. This is illegal and inhuman confinement. Only motive
of this confinement is to facilitate all kinds of people to take benefits &
to make money out of my sufferings. That is why I charged Rs.15 crore/ hr. On
16.06.2014, I sent my 35th bill to Dr.Pronoy Roy, Chairman, M/s NDTV
LTD, for an amount of Rs.8,96,040 crore (copy enclosed). I want at least
Rs.20,000 crore from Dr.Pronoy Roy and his associates.
Dr.Pronoy Roy and his associates
made more than 1 lakh bodies out of me. Many bodies got recovered. Many more
are yet to be recovered and to be traced out. Many bodies are still in
underground bunkers. Many bodies are still in the hands of private people in
somewhere. Few bodies are still under water. Few people relocated one of my
body frequently from time to time. One body is in the hands of a dangerous man
with a sword is in his hand (in this body technology is different-fine wire
wrapped around my flesh of my right leg). Apart from me, they kept my family
members also captive somewhere. They kept my elder brother (Shri Rajesh Borah),
My younger brother (Shri Biraj Borah), My 10 year old bhatija (shri Rahul
Borah), My sister-in-law (Mrs.Anima Kakati Borah), My cousin Mrs.Mamoni
Hazarika, My brother in law Shri Pankaj Das, My sister Mrs.Rekha Das, My cousin
Shri Promod Borah and his family as captive somewhere. My father (shri Krishna
Borah) was also their captive. They brutally murdered him on 2nd
june, 2013. So, I am really worried for my family members listed above.
In last nine and half years they
tortured me like anything. I do n’t think any human being tortured in such a
manner in last 5000 years of world history. I luckily survived many murderous assaults in my
life. Since 2006, I wrote many petitions to Prime Minister of India, Mrs. Sonia
Gandhi and to the President of India seeking freedom, justice and adequate
compensation/ dues (because in those days I thought it was Government of India.
Copy of the some petitions (from 2006 to 17.05.2013) I wrote to PM, Sonia
Gandhi, President of India and Intl Community enclosed here. Other petitions
from 17.05.2013 are in www.facebook.com/tutuborah & in www.moinakon.blogspot.in). Prime
Minister/ President of India forwarded some of my petitions to Secy, MIB for
appropriate action. In 2013, MIB forwarded those petitions to MHA. MHA without
taking any action simply forwarded the file to NHRC. NHRC on its turn refused
to take action against NDTV citing the reason that it is a private company and
returned the file to MHA. MHA then returned the file to MIB. Some people may be
used me in Supreme Court without my knowledge and consent. I got some indirect
hints in Twitter about it. So, I submitted 12 (twelve) petitions to Chief Justice
of India requesting him to engage a high power independent task force to set me
and my family members free from this illegal, inhuman and barbaric confinement. And
then ask Dr.Pronoy Roy & his gang to deposit my dues of Rs.20,000 crore in
to my Bank A/c at the earliest and to award at least 15 years rigorous jail
term to those who murdered my father. But so far I have not seen any action from
CJI. I am still a captive with many bodies in the hands of Dr.Pronoy Roy and
his associates as I mentioned above.
Respected Sir, I can’t live in
this illegal & inhuman confinement anymore. I can’t tolerate such illegal,
inhuman & barbaric torture anymore. I want freedom, I want freedom of my
family members and I want my dues of
Rs.20,000 crore from Dr.Pronoy Roy and his associates.I also want severe
punishment to them for murdering my father. Therefore Kindly engage a task force to
recover all my remaining bodies and bodies of those of my family members listed
above and to set me and my above family members free from this illegal, inhuman
and barbaric confinement by removing all those technologies inserted in to
those bodies. After that please ask Dr.Pronoy Roy and his associates to deposit
Rs.20,000 crore in to my bank a/c at the earliest. (My Bank a/c
No.000701228742, ICICI Bank, New Delhi Branch). If in case they won’t deposit
my dues of Rs.20,000 crore in to my bank a/c, kindly register a case against
them. Also please register cases against Dr.Pronoy Roy and his associates for
illegally confined me (and my family members) and illegally made more than 1
lakh bodies out of me to make money and to take benefits in complete violation
of UNHRC and in complete violation of all prevailing law of India and tortured
me and my family members and attempting to murder me in many times in last nine
and half years and for murdering my father after making him their captive by
applying this dangerous/ unknown technology.
