Some cunning lawyers secretly used me in the Honorable Supreme Court of India and various other courts in India to take benefits from the judiciary. I already sent 20 (twenty) numbers of petitions to the Honorable Chief Justice of India. I also sent a copy of my each bill (total 69 (sixty nine) numbers till date) and a copy of my each petition to various authorities to the Honorable Chief Justice of India. But I have not received Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) and three written assurances from the President of India yet. All those cunning lawyers also must get capital punishment if I don’t get Rs.71Lac Crores & three written assurances from the President of India. All these years all those Honorable Judges of the Honorable Supreme Court of India and various other courts in India secretly obeying me like little kids – as if I am their real father. After that in spite of my so many petitions and bills to the Honorable Chief Justice of India, I have not received Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) and three written assurances from the President of India yet. The way Honorable Supreme Court of India ignored my all those petitions and bills should be a matter of serious concern for entire world. This time Honorable Supreme Court of India must obey every single word of my petition to the Prime Minister of India dated 25.09.2023 (copy of which I sent to the Honorable Chief Justice of India also)-whole world is watching the Honorable Supreme Court of India.This time the Honorable Supreme Court of India must instruct the Prime Minister of India/ Government of India to pay Rs.71Lac Crores (US$1trillion) to me. The Honorable Supreme Court of India also must instruct the Home Secretary, Government of India to issue three written assurances to me on behalf of President of India. The Honorable Supreme Court of India also must instruct the Prime Minister of India to deploy a high Power Task force to set me free from this illegal, inhuman & barbaric confinement. Due to utter negligence on the part of PMO, MHA, MIB, Delhi Police, Chief Secretary of Assam, Assam Police (Lakhimpur Police) and District Commissioner of Lakhimpur District (Assam), I am sufferings like this. Honorable NHRC could have taken action against them if Honorable NHRC can’t take action against Dr.Prannoy Roy, Mrs.Radhika Roy,Shri Jayanta Baruah ,Shri Gaurav Gogoi, Md. Shahrukh Khan , Md. What is going on in Honorable NHRC is a matter of serious concern for entire world.

Officials in PMO, MHA, Department of Financial Services, office of DGP- Assam, office of DC- North Lakhimpur & office of SP- North Lakhimpur not only violated RTI Act,2005. But also put RTI Act,2005 in great danger. Most disturbing fact is that office of DGP of Assam, office of DC of Lakhimpur District (Assam) & office of SP of Lakhimpur District (Assam) did not bother to give reply to any of my RTI Applications & any of my First Appeals till date forcing me to submit 2nd Appeal to State CIC (Assam Information Commission), Guwahati against office of DGP of Assam, office of DC of Lakhimpur District (Assam) & office of SP of Lakhimpur District (Assam).

MY PETITION TO THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA DATED 07.10.2024

Sub: Prayer for freedom & Rs.71Lac Crores (US$1Trillion) along with three written assurances from the President of India. (I want Rs.71Lac Crores in the form of Demand Draft payable at North Lakhimpur, Assam, India)

Dear Sir,

President’s Secretariat forwarded my petition to the President of India dated 30.03.2023 to the Secretary (Financial Sector), Department of Financial Services, Banking Division vide letter No.P1/E/1904230287 dated 19.04.2023. I also wrote a petition to the Finance Minister of India (my petition to the Finance Minister of India dated 22.06.2023). District Development Commissioner of Lakhimpur District, North Lakhimpur, Assam Shri Utpal Borah also wrote to the Secretary (Financial Sector), Department of Financial Services, Banking Division (Letter No.LGA.18/2023/RTI-Appeal dated 02.02.2024). I also sent few Emails to Finance Minister of India, Secretary- Financial Sector, Dr. Abhijit Phukon- Economic Adviser of DFS, Shri Pankaj Sharma- Joint Secretary of DFS and Shri Surender Singh- Director of DFS for an amount of Rs.71Lac Crores (US$1trillion) & three written assurances from the President of India. But till date I have not yet received Rs.71Lac Crores (US$1trillion) & three written assurances from the President of India.

It is already 19 years now. No man can live in this situation. In 2008, I wrote a petition to Mrs. Sonia Gandhi expressing my desire to end my life if I won't get freedom & money. In 2009 I wrote three similar petitions to Sardar Manmohan Singh, then Prime Minister of India. The main reason that I have not committed suicide yet is that I got some replies from Government of India against my various RTI Applications since 2006. That made me confident that one day I’ll get Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) & three written assurances from the President of India. Hope of Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) & three written assurances still keeps me alive. Otherwise I would have committed suicide long back. In last 19 years I lost everything and suffered like anything. I even lost the will to live this life. If I get Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) and three written assurances from the President of India, I can think about to live this life. Otherwise it is not possible to live this life. Through my 81 pages petition to the Prime Minister of India dated 25.09.2023 for an amount of Rs.71 Lac Crores (US$1trillion) & three written assurances from the President of India with copies to President of India, Home Minister of India, Governor of Assam, Finance Minister of India, Finance Secretary of India, Secretary (Financial Sector), Dr.Abhijit Phukon-Economic Adviser of DFS, Chief Justice of India, Chairman of NHRC, Chief Information Commissioner, State Chief Information Commissioner (Assam Information Commission), Chief Justice of Gauhati High Court, Chairman of Assam Human Rights Commission, Superintendent of Police of Lakhimpur District (Assam), District Commissioner of Lakhimpur District (Assam), District Development Commissioner of Lakhimpur District (Assam), Secretary General of UN, President of USA, Vice President of USA, King Charles III of UK, Prime Minister of UK, President of Russia, President of China, President of France, Mr. Federico Villegas, Mr.Volker Turk, Mr.Nils Melzer of ICRC, Dr. Alice J Edwards, President of European Commission, Prime Minister of Canada, Prime Minister of Australia, Prime Minister of Newzealand, Chancellor of Germany, Queen Rania of Jordan, Prime Minister of Japan, Prime Minister of Israel, President of South Korea, King of Spain, King of Netherlands, King of Sweden, Queen of Denmark, King of Norway, President of Portugal, President of Finland, President of Poland, Prime Minister of Italy, President of Hungary; I requested the Prime Minister of India to pay Rs.71Lac Crores (US$1trillion) & issue three written assurances from the President of India on or before 01.11.2023. Through my that Petition to the Prime of India dated 25.09.2023, I informed the Prime Minister of India & all concerned that if I won’t get Rs.71 Lac Crores (US$1trillion) & 3written assurances on or before 01.11.2023, I’ll commit suicide at any moment after 01.11.2023. But the Prime Minister of India hasn’t paid Rs.71 Lac Crores & issued 3written assurances to me yet. On 29.01.2024, I secretly went to Guwahati to commit suicide. But my elder brother was able to locate me & brought me back to Narayanpur. So on 29.01.2024, I could not able to commit suicide.

This is illegal, inhuman & barbaric confinement. Only motive of this illegal, inhuman & barbaric confinement is to facilitate all kinds of people to make money & to take benefits out of my huge sufferings. This is a grave Crime against Humanity. Also Gangstalking itself is a heinous crime. I can’t tolerate it anymore. I want freedom. I want my dues of Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion). I’ll not accept anything less than Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion). Now I am in a deep financial crisis. Therefore, I want my dues of Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion) at the earliest. As my Bank Accounts are no longer safe, I want Rs.71LacCrores in the form of Demand Draft/ Banker’s Cheque payable at North Lakhimpur, Assam, India. I don’t want a job & I don’t want to be a politician. I want Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion) and three written assurances from the President of India. & I’ll marry a girl or 10(ten) only after I get Rs.71,00,000Crores & three written assurances from the President of India.

Mera mamla Rs.71Lac Crores (US$1Trillion) & 3written assurances ka hai. This gang of Ek Phool (Ms. Shobhana Bhartia- aka Kumari Phulomai Birla) & Her Chaar Maali (Dr.Prannoy Roy-aka Kumar Psycho Roy, Shri Vineet Jain-aka Kumar Madanchoor Jain. Shri Arun Poorie-aka Kumar Behooda Poorie and Shri Jayanta Baruah-aka Kumar Gela Baruah) is nothing but a gang of lootera & murderer. This notorious gang of Ek phool and her chaar maali must be hanged in India Gate in full public view if I don’t get Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion)and three written assurances from the President of India.

Muslims (especially after 2009) took many benefits out of my huge sufferings. Muslims too shouldn’t get money & any other benefits out of my huge sufferings. All those Muslims who took money & various other benefits out of my huge sufferings in one pretext or another must get capital punishment if I don’t get Rs.71Lac Crores (US$1Trillion) & three written assurances from the President of India.

I don’t support caste based reservation. Caste Based Reservation policy is a totally fraud policy of Republic of India. No man with normal common sense can support caste based reservation. Schedule Caste (SC), Schedule Tribe (ST), Other Backward Caste (OBC)/ More Backward Caste (MBC) too shouldn’t get money & any other benefits out of my huge sufferings. All those SC, ST, OBC/ MBC who took money & various other benefits out of my huge sufferings in one pretext or another must get capital punishment if I don’t get Rs.71Lac Crores (US$1Trillion) & 3written assurances from the President of India.

Family owned political parties are basically mafia gangs. They operate like mafia gangs. Since they contest election as political party, people confuse them as political party. Since in India Police is directly under ruling political party, Family owned political parties are very dangerous once they come to power. Nobody (except me) should get money and any other benefits out of my huge sufferings. Only I must get Rs.71Lac Crores (US$1trillion) & 3written assurances from the President of India.

In this situation one should not trust anybody except himself. Because all are working as a part of a large Gang Stalking Gang to make money and to take benefits out of my huge sufferings. Luckily my two brothers & their family members (as mentioned in my petition to the Prime Minister of India dated 25.09.2023) are not aware about the situation that I am in. Otherwise I would have been in a more difficult situation now. In life only father & mother are real well wishers. Others are all opportunist. They murdered my father on 2nd June 2013 and my mother expired on 26th June, 2004. I am still unmarried and single. Therefore I am shouting for a long time: No Individual (except me)/ Government/ Political party/ Organization/ Profession/ Community/ Place/ Religion/Corporate/ caste/ Tribe/ Race/ Gender should get money & any other benefits out of my huge sufferings. Only I must get Rs.71,00,000Crores (Rupees Seventy One Lac Crores only) and three written assurances from President of India.

NDTV & ENTIRE MAIN STREAM MEDIA DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN THIS HEINOUS CRIME. ENTIRE MAIN STREAM MEDIA & NDTV MUST BE SHUTDOWN WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. THEY SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE AGAIN ONLY AFTER I GET RS.71LAC CRORES & THREE WRITTEN ASSURANCES FROM THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA.

I came to know it is NDTV only in 2011. One day in 2011, a girl named ‘Lilly’ (I don’t know her actual name. Her twitter profile name was ‘Lilly’) wrote in twitter, “It is NDTV. Not Government of India. Shri Arnab Goswami (a news reader of a Mumbai based News Channel) is demanding shutdown of NDTV”. Before that I thought it was Sardar Manmohan Singh and his Government. Later when I heard Shri Arnab Goswami again demanded shutdown of Entire Main Stream Media of India, then only I came to know Entire Main Stream Media of India behind this heinous crime.

Among media, there are three groups. One group supports BJP/ RSS (in social media this group is known as ‘Godi Media’). Another Group supports INC, AAP & their allies (in social media this group is known as ‘Darbari Media’). And third group is Axomiya Media (This group is popularly known as ‘Johamaal Media’). Godi Media & BJP IT Cell want me to suffer in this situation so that they can give more & more benefits to BJP/ RSS. Darbari Media, INC IT Cell, AAP IT Cell want me to suffer in this situation so that they give more & more benefits to INC, AAP & their allies. Johamaal Media & all those people of Assam want me to suffer in this situation so that they can give more & more benefits to Assam & its people. Apart from media; politicians, corporate, celebrities, Ahoms, Muslims, all kinds of activists etc. are stalking me to make money & to take benefits out of my huge sufferings. All these are criminal, gang stalker & directly involved in this heinous crime. All of them must get capital punishment if I don’t get Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) & 3written assurances from the President of India.

In 2006, one Shri Vir Sanghvi wrote in Hindustan Times advising me to ‘speak out for freedom of speech’. Few weeks later in the same news paper one Shri Vinod Mehta wrote that I shouldn’t get freedom of speech. So, in those days I thought it was Government of India.

So, I wrote my first petition to the Prime Minister of India on 24.11.2006. Since then I have written many petitions to the Prime Minister of India, the President of India and to Mrs.Sonia Gandhi. I also sent 20nos of petitions to the Honorable Chief Justice of India, 9nos of petitions to the Honorable Chairman of National Human Rights Commission and 14nos of petitions to the International Community till date. I also sent a total of 69nos of bills till date. I sent copies of each bill to the Prime Minister of India, the President of India, the Chief Justice of India, the Chairman of National Human Rights Commission and to the International Community. I also lodged a police complaint at Okhla Police Station in 2014. Again I submitted another police complaint at Narayanpur Police Station, Narayanpur, District: Lakhimpur, Assam (India) on 10.07.2021.

Some cunning lawyers secretly used me in the Honorable Supreme Court of India and various other courts in India to take benefits from the judiciary. I already sent 20 (twenty) numbers of petitions to the Honorable Chief Justice of India. I also sent a copy of my each bill (total 69 (sixty nine) numbers till date) and a copy of my each petition to various authorities to the Honorable Chief Justice of India. But I have not received Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) and three written assurances from the President of India yet. All those cunning lawyers also must get capital punishment if I don’t get Rs.71Lac Crores & three written assurances from the President of India. All these years all those Honorable Judges of the Honorable Supreme Court of India and various other courts in India secretly obeying me like little kids – as if I am their real father. After that in spite of my so many petitions and bills to the Honorable Chief Justice of India, I have not received Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) and three written assurances from the President of India yet. The way Honorable Supreme Court of India ignored my all those petitions and bills should be a matter of serious concern for entire world. This time Honorable Supreme Court of India must obey every single word of my petition to the Prime Minister of India dated 25.09.2023 (copy of which I sent to the Honorable Chief Justice of India also)-whole world is watching the Honorable Supreme Court of India. This time the Honorable Supreme Court of India must instruct the Prime Minister of India/ Government of India to pay Rs.71Lac Crores (US$1trillion) to me. The Honorable Supreme Court of India also must instruct the Home Secretary, Government of India to issue three written assurances to me on behalf of the President of India. The Honorable Supreme Court of India also must instruct the Prime Minister of India to deploy a high Power Task force to set me free from this illegal, inhuman & barbaric confinement. Due to utter negligence on the part of PMO, MHA, MIB, Delhi Police & Government of Assam (including Assam Police), I am sufferings like this. Honorable NHRC could have taken action against them if Honorable NHRC can’t take action against Dr.Prannoy Roy, Mrs.Radhika Roy,Shri Jayanta Baruah ,Shri Gaurav Gogoi, Md. Shahrukh Khan , Md. I also sent copy of my each bill (total 69 (sixty nine) numbers till date) and copy of my each petition to various authorities to the Honorable Chairman of NHRC. But I have not received Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) and three written assurances from the President of India yet. What is going on in Honorable NHRC is a matter of serious concern for entire world.

On 01.04.2024, I attended Honorable CIC’s hearings against my 2nd Appeal against Honorable Supreme Court of India, PMO & MHA. Honorable CIC instructed CPIOs of PMO, MHA & Honorable Supreme Court of India to furnish a copy of their ‘Latest Written Submission’ along with all related annexure to me within 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of CIC’s order via speed post & email. CPIOs of Supreme Court of India & MHA sent their old reply to me as their “Latest Written Submission” to me. I protested and sent Email to both of them to send their “Latest Written Submission”. Till date I’ve not received any response from them. On the other hand, CPIO of PMO till date hasn’t sent anything as its “Latest Written Submission”. HONORABLE CIC NOW MUST HAS TO INSTRUCT CPIOs OF PMO, MHA & SUPREME COURT OF INDIA TO SEND THEIR "LATEST WRITTEN SUBMISSION" TO ME VIA EMAIL AND SPEED POST.

Officials in PMO, MHA, Department of Financial Services, office of DGP- Assam, & office of SP- North Lakhimpur not only violated RTI Act,2005, but also put RTI Act,2005 in great danger. Most disturbing fact is that office of DGP of Assam, office of DC of Lakhimpur District (Assam) & office of SP of Lakhimpur District (Assam) did not bother to give reply to any of my RTI Applications & any of my First Appeals till date forcing me to submit 2nd Appeal to State CIC (Assam Information Commission), Guwahati against office of DGP of Assam, office of DC of Lakhimpur District (Assam) & office of SP of Lakhimpur District (Assam).
