ALL THOSE CUNNING LAWYERS ALSO MUST GET CAPITAL PUNISHMENT IF I DON'T GET RS.71LACCRORES (US$1TRILLION)& 3WRITTEN ASSURANCES FROM THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA
Some cunning lawyers secretly used me in the Honorable Supreme Court of India and various other courts in India to take benefits from the judiciary. I already sent 20 (twenty) numbers of petitions to the Honorable Chief Justice of India. I also sent a copy of my each bill (total 69 (sixty nine) numbers till date) and a copy of my each petition to various authorities to the Honorable Chief Justice of India. But I have not received Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) and three written assurances from the President of India yet. All those cunning lawyers also must get capital punishment if I don’t get Rs.71Lac Crores & three written assurances from the President of India. All these years all those Honorable Judges of the Honorable Supreme Court of India and various other courts in India secretly obeying me like little kids – as if I am their real father. After that in spite of my so many petitions and bills to the Honorable Chief Justice of India, I have not received Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) and three written assurances from the President of India yet. The way Honorable Supreme Court of India ignored my all those petitions and bills should be a matter of serious concern for entire world. This time Honorable Supreme Court of India must obey every single word of my petition to the Prime Minister of India dated 25.09.2023 (copy of which I sent to the Honorable Chief Justice of India also)-whole world is watching the Honorable Supreme Court of India.This time the Honorable Supreme Court of India must instruct the Prime Minister of India/ Government of India to pay Rs.71Lac Crores (US$1trillion) to me. The Honorable Supreme Court of India also must instruct the Home Secretary, Government of India to issue three written assurances to me on behalf of President of India. The Honorable Supreme Court of India also must instruct the Prime Minister of India to deploy a high Power Task force to set me free from this illegal, inhuman & barbaric confinement. Officials in PMO, MHA, Department of Financial Services, office of DGP- Assam, office of DC- North Lakhimpur & office of SP- North Lakhimpur not only violated RTI Act,2005. But also put RTI Act,2005 in great danger. Most disturbing fact is that office of DGP of Assam, office of DC of Lakhimpur District (Assam) & office of SP of Lakhimpur District (Assam) did not bother to give reply to any of my RTI Applications & any of my First Appeals till date forcing me to submit 2nd Appeal to State CIC (Assam Information Commission), Guwahati against office of DGP of Assam, office of DC of Lakhimpur District (Assam) & office of SP of Lakhimpur District (Assam).

Dear
Sir,
I
am a citizen of Republic of India. I am in a terrible situation. It is already
18 years now. Nowhere in this world, is a human being tortured like me in last
5000 years of world history. This is a grave crime against humanity. Also gang
stalking itself is a heinous crime. I can’t tolerate it anymore. I want
freedom. I want my dues of Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion). I’ll not accept
anything less than Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion). Now I am in deep financial crisis. Therefore, I want my dues of
Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion) at the earliest. I don’t want a job & I
don’t want to be a politician. I want Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion) and
three written assurances from the President of India. & I’ll marry a girl
or 10(ten) only after I get Rs.71,00,000Crores & three written assurances
from the President of India.
In
this situation one should not trust anybody except himself. Because all are
working as a part of a large Gang Stalking Gang to make money and to take
benefits out of my huge sufferings. Luckily my two brothers & their family
members (as mentioned in my petition to the President of India dated
30.03.2023) are not aware about the situation that I am in. Otherwise I would
have been in a more difficult situation now.
In
life only father & mother are real well wishers. Others are all
opportunist. They murdered my father on 2nd June 2013 and my mother expired on
26th June, 2004. I am still unmarried and single. Therefore I am shouting for a
long time: No Individual (except me)/ Government/ Political party/
Organization/ Profession/ Community/ Place/ Religion/Corporate/ caste/ Tribe/
Race/ Gender should get money or any other benefits out of my huge sufferings.
None of my relatives, friends and family members (except me) should get money or
any other benefits out of my huge sufferings. Only I must get
Rs.71,00,000Crores (Rupees Seventy One Lac Crores only) and three written
assurances from President of India.
I
wrote my first petition to the Prime Minister of India on 24.11.2006. Since
then I wrote many petitions to the Prime Minister of India, the President of
India and to Mrs.Sonia Gandhi. I also sent 20nos of petitions to Chief Justice
of India, 9nos of petitions to Chairman of National Human Rights Commission and
14nos of petitions to International Community till date. I also sent total
69nos of bills till date. I sent copy of my each bill to Prime Minister of
India, President of India, Chief Justice of India, Chairman of National Human
Rights Commission and to International Community. I also lodged a police
complaint at Okhla Police Station in 2014. Again I submitted another police
complaint at Narayanpur Police Station, Narayanpur, District: Lakhimpur, Assam
(India) on 10.07.2021.

Dear
Sir, in 2008, I wrote a petition to Mrs. Sonia Gandhi expressing my desire to
end my life if I won’t get freedom and money. In 2009 too I wrote three similar
petitions to the Prime Minister of India. In last 18 years I lost everything.
Also I survived many murderous assaults on my life (including one that 10days
long blood bath in 2009). I am also suffering
day to day torture (they used to call these day to day tortures as ‘storm’ in
social media). Sometime such “storm” last continuously for 2/3 days. These
‘storms’ are dangerously painful. Probably these ‘storms’ are carried out by
computer driven robot-because a human can’t torture in such a speed. They also
used to cause ‘loose motion’ (Diarrhea) from time to time-because of that I
have to take high power antibiotics (such as Norflox TZ) to control such ‘loose
motion’ (Chemist in Assam used to call Diarrhea as ‘loose motion’). Frequent use
of such high power antibiotics may one day completely damage my digestive
system. Because of huge sufferings in this illegal, inhuman and barbaric
confinement in last 18years forced me to demand three written assurances from
the President of India. No
man can live in this situation. The main reason that I have not committed
suicide yet is that I received some replies from Government of India against my
various RTI Applications since 2007. That made me confident that one day I’ll
get Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) and three written assurances from the
President of India. Hope of Rs.71LacCroes (US$1trillion) and three written
assurances from the President of India keep me still alive. Otherwise I would
have committed suicide long back. I even lost a will to live this life. If I
get Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) & 3written assurances from the President
of India, I can think about to live this life. Otherwise I have to end my
life-no other alternative in front of me.
Since
2005, Republic of India has been taking many exceptional benefits out of my
huge sufferings. But at the same time failed to set me free from this illegal,
inhuman and barbaric confinement with Rs.71,00,000 Crores (US$1trillion) &
three assurances from the President of India in spite of my repeated plea since
2006.
Recently
I sent one more petition to the President of India dated 30.03.2023 thro’ speed
post. President’s
Secretariat forwarded my petition to the President of India dated 30.03.2023 to
the Secretary (Financial Sector), Department of Financial Services, Banking
Division vide letter no. P1/E/1904230287 dated 19.04.2023. After that I wrote a
petition to the Finance Minister of India (My Petition to the Finance Minister
of India dated 22.06.2023). Ministry of Finance received my petition to the
Finance Minister of India dated 22.06.2023 & copy of the same to Finance
Secretary to Government of India with seal and date on 04.07.2023. Department
of Financial Services of Ministry of Finance also received a copy of my above
petition to the Finance Minister of India dated 22.06.2023 to Secretary
(Financial Sector), Department of Financial Services, Banking Division with
seal and date on 04.07.2023.
Now
I want to know following information from you:
1.
What
action Secretary (Financial Sector), Department of Financial Services, Banking
Division/ Ministry of Finance, Government of India has taken on my petition to
the President of India dated 30.03.2023?
2.
What
action Finance Minister of India, Finance Secretary to Government of India,
Secretary (Financial Sector) of Department of Financial Services / Ministry of
Finance, Government of India has taken on my petition to the Finance Minister
of India dated 22.06.2023?
3.
When
shall I get Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion)? (Please note I must get
Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1trillion). I shall not accept anything less than
Rs.71,00,000Crores. As my bank accounts are no longer safe, I want
Rs.71,00,000Crores in the form of demand draft payable at North Lakhimpur, Assam,

I am in a terrible situation. My life is in great danger. IN THE MONTH OF FEB’2005, DR. PRONOY ROY & MRS.RADHIKA ROY OF M/S NDTV LTD, 207,Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-3, New Delhi-20, inserted an unknown dangerous technology in to my body without my knowledge and consent thus made me captive in complete violation of Universal Declaration of Human Rights and in complete violation of all prevailing law of India and then gave access of every single second of my life to facilitate all kinds of people to make money and to take benefits such as political, economic and benefits from judiciary. Also to use my life under this captive situation for various national/ international purposes & for supreme national interest etc. One more motive of this illegal, inhuman & barbaric confinement is to hack EVM m/c to win elections. In fact, in India EVM m/c have been hacked in all elections since 2006. I sent my first petition to Prime Minister of India in 2006. Since then I sent many petitions to Prime Minister of India, President of India and to Mrs.Sonia Gandhi. I also sent 19nos of Petitions to Chief Justice of India , 8 nos of Petitions to Chairman of National Human Rights Commission and 13nos of Petitions to International community till date. I also sent a total 68nos of Bills till date. I sent a copy of each bill to the Prime Minister of India/ President of India, Chief Justice of India, Chairman of National Human Rights Commission and to the International community. Out of frustration I deleted that blog in 2010. However hardcopies of some of those petitions along with replies received from PMO, MHA, MIB and NHRC are still with me. On 21 Dec, 2006, vide letter No..04/3/2006-PMP-4/455990, PMO forwarded my one petition (my petition to Prime Minister dated 24/11/2006) to Secretary of MIB for appropriate action. MIB did not take any action on it. Then I filed RTI to MIB. In their reply to me, MIB tried to fool me- as if they were not aware of anything. Again on 14.06.2007 vide letter No.4/3/2007-PMP-IV/452714, PMO again forwarded another petition (My petition to Prime Minister, dated 28.05.2007) to MIB for appropriate action. Again MIB did not take any action on it. I also got a reply (No.RTI/1931/2008-PMR) against my RTI application dated 24.10.2008. In 2008, I also got another reply from MIB against my another RTI application to MIB. In 2009, I resigned from GAIL (India) Ltd. (then I was posted at AGL, Indore on deputation from GAIL) and shifted to Guwahati. During shifting, I lost that reply from MIB. So, in 2014, I went to MIB to collect a copy of it. But MIB people told me that their then minister Late Arun Jaitley ordered them to destroy all RTI related documents & so they destroyed those documents including my reply from MIB. How can a minister order to destroy a Government document? And what was the motive behind it? President of India forwarded one of my petitions (My petition to him dated 28.12.2011) to MIB for appropriate action. But still MIB did not take any appropriate action on that petition. On 11th Dec, 2012, MIB (vide letter No.3105/182/2011-BC III, dated 11th Dec.,2012) forwarded four of my petitions (My Petitions to Prime Minister dated 30.06.2012, 16.09.2012, 01.10.2012 & 01.11.2012 ) to MHA to take appropriate action. MHA did not take any action to rescue my life from this illegal, inhuman and barbaric confinement and to get my outstanding dues from M/s NDTV & their entire associates, as I prayed for. Instead, they forwarded the file to NHRC (vide letter No.15011/16/2013-HR-II dated 09.01.2013). On 26.03.2013, MHA informed me that NHRC has registered my case (case No.86/3/24/2013). On 08.04.2013, I got a letter from NHRC stating that NHRC can’t take action because NDTV is a private company. But MIB could have prevented such violation of human rights long back in the year 2006 itself. Because of negligence in the part of MHA and MIB, me and my family members are suffering like this. MHA & MIB are government agencies and why they allowed M/s NDTV Ltd. and their Entire Associates to torture me and my family members in such a manner in spite of my repeated plea to rescue my life from this illegal, inhuman and barbaric confinement with my dues of Rs.5,00,000crores.
On 23rd May,2013, MHA (Vide Letter No.20011/1/2013-Coord.II) again forwarded few of my petitions/bills to Prime Minister of India to Chief Secretary of Assam for appropriate action (Copy Enclosed). But Chief Secretary of Assam has not taken any action on it so far.
I also lodged a complaint at Okhla Police Station, New Delhi on 30.06.2014. But Delhi Police did not take any action on it. Instead Addl.Dy.Commissioner of Police-I,South East District, New Delhi sent me a reply to me (copy enclosed). Instead of taking action on my complaints, he tried to protect those criminals. His reply clearly shows that Delhi Police is in hand in glove with my captors and tormentors.
On 9th January 2015, MHA (vide letter No.20011/3/2014-Coord.-II) again forwarded my petition to President of India dated 22.07.2014 to Economic Adviser, D/o Financial Services (banking division), Ministry of Finance, Government of India, for appropriate action (copy enclosed). But above Economic Adviser didn’t take any action on it. In 2018, I went to above Economic Adviser’s office & they told me above MHA’s letter was not there in their office. So, I went to MHA & asked them to again send instruction to above Economic Adviser office. Accordingly Vide Letter No.20011/01/2018-Coord.II dated nil,2018 (copy enclosed), MHA again sent an office memorandum to Economic Adviser (PG), Department of Financial Services (Banking Division), Ministry of Finance, Government of India. Two days later I contacted above Economic Adviser office. They told me they got the letter and above Economic Adviser forwarded it to one of his Joint Secretary Shri Gulab Singh. Immediately I went to Shri Gulab Singh’s office. Joint Secretary Shri Gulab Singh & his under secretary searched everywhere in their offices but could not able to find that letter/ file. They even searched online also. But could not able to find that letter/ file. How that letter/ file got disappeared from above Economic Adviser’s office? Who stole that letter/ file from above Economic Adviser’s office? Why above Economic Adviser allowed to happen such thing in his office? I went to that office few more days & requested all concerned to trace out that letter/ file. But nobody could able to trace out that letter/ file. After that I came back to Narayan Pur (my native place). From Narayan Pur also I sent few emails to above Economic Adviser’s office. But they didn’t reply. I also wrote to Late Arun Jaitley then Minister of Finance, Government of India (through registered post). But I didn’t get any reply from him.
In 2018 & 2019 also, I sent copy of my 55th Bill,56th bill, 57th bill, 58th Bill, 59th Bill, 60th Bill, 61st bill, 62nd bill, 63rd bill,64th bill, 65th bill, 66th bill, 67th bill and 68th bill to Prime Minister Of India thro’ registered post. I also sent a few petitions to Prime Minister of India in 2018, 2019 & 2020. But PMO did not take any action on any of it. PMO, MHA, MIB, Delhi Police and chief Secretary of Assam are duty bound to protect right, life and dignity of every citizen of this country. Due to utter negligence of PMO, MHA, MIB, Delhi Police and Chief Secretary of Assam, I and my above family members are suffering like this. NHRC could have taken action against PMO, MHA, MIB, Delhi Police and Chief Secretary of Assam if it can't take action against M/s NDTV Ltd. & their entire associates. On 08.12.2020, I again wrote my 8th petition to the Chairman of NHRC.
Since 2005, Republic of India has been taking many exceptional benefits out of my huge sufferings. But at the same time failed to set me and my family members free from this illegal and barbaric confinement with my dues of Rs.5,00,000Crores (Rupees Five Lac Crores only) along with written assurances from President of India in spite of my repeated plea since 2006. This Prime Minister of India, Sri Narendra Modi too promised to pay Rs.7,00,000 Crores to me in 2014- just before 2014 General Election. But he hasn't paid me Rs.5,00,000Crores (Rupees Five Lac Crores only) yet. Nobody is honest in India (except me). In India (except me) all are dalal, criminal, murderer, matchfixer and EVM machine hacker. Fact is that an Indian is not a LW/ RW nor any kind of activist to any cause. Some cunning lawyers used me in the Supreme Court and various other courts of India to take benefits from the judiciary without my knowledge & consent. I too already submitted 19 nos petitions to the chief justice of India . Apart from that I sent a copy of my each bill/ petition (copy of my each petition to various authorities such as Prime Minister of India, President of India, Chairman of NHRC & International Community) to Chief Justice of India through registered post. But I have not seen any action from the Supreme Court of India. All those cunning lawyers who used me in Supreme Court and various other courts of India to take benefits from judiciary also must get capital punishment if I won’t get Rs.5,00,000 Crores and above three written assurances from President of India
Some women wreaked havoc in this country & elsewhere in this world taking advantage of my this helpless situation. But never helped me to get freedom and my dues of Rs.5,00,000 Crores along with written assurances from President of India in spite of my so many petitions & bills towards this effect. All those women who took money & various other benefits out of my huge sufferings in one pretext or another also must get capital punishment if I won't get Rs.5LacCrores & above three written assurances from President of India.
People of Assam are the most dangerous & cruel perpetrators. Nobody from Assam (except me) should not get money or any other benefits out of my huge sufferings. All those people of Assam who took money & various other benefits out of my huge sufferings in one pretext or another also must get capital punishment if I won't get Rs.5LacCrores & above three written assurances from President of India.

Amnesty International also took various benefits out of my huge sufferings in one pretext or another. But never helped me to get Rs.5LacCrores & written assurances from President of India in spite of my so many petitions & bills towards this effect. Amnesty international also must be shutdown if I won't get Rs.5LacCrores & above three written assurances from President of India. All those people of Amnesty International involved in this heinous crime also must get capital punishment if I won't get Rs.5LacCrores & above three written assurances from President of India.
I can't suffer for other people's benefits and I can't live in this illegal and barbaric confinement anymore. I want freedom. I want freedom of my family members those who are captive along with me. I want my dues of Rs.5,00,000Crores ( 70 billion US dollars). I’ll not accept anything less than Rs.5,00,000Crores ( Rupees Five Lac Crores only). I want my dues of Rs.5,00,000Crores (70 billion US dollars) in the form of Demand Draft in my name payable at North Lakhimpur, Assam, India. I also must get above three written assurances from President of India.
On 10.12.2020, I wrote one more petition to President of India (copy enclosed) asking him to pay my dues of Rs.5,00,000 Crores ( 70 billion US dollars) to me and to instruct Secretary of MHA to issue above three written assurances to me on behalf of President of India. I also asked him instruct Prime Minister of India to deploy a high power task force to set me and my family members (those who are captive along with me) free from this illegal, inhuman and barbaric confinement.
This is a grave crime against humanity. Therefore, please instruct Dr.Pronoy Roy (of M/s NDTV Ltd.), Mrs.Radhika Roy (of M/s NDTV Ltd), Shri Jayanta Baruah (of M/s Axomiya Pratidin Group), Shri Gaurav Gogoi (Member of Parliament, Indian National Congress), Md.Shahrukh Khan (Film Actor, Mumbai), Md.Salman Khan (Film Actor, Mumbai), Baba Ramdev (of M/S Patanjali Group), Shri Vineet Jain (of M/S Times of India Group), Shri Arun Poorie (of M/S India Today Group), Ms.Shovana Bhartia (of M/S Hindustan Times Group), Mr.Mark Zuckerbeg (of M/S Facebook), Shri Mukesh Ambani (of M/s Reliance Group), Shri Rahul Gandhi (Member of Parliament, Indian National Congress), Shri Mohan Bhagwat (Chief of RSS), Mrs. Sudha Murthy (wife of Sri Narayan Murthy, Ex CEO of M/s Infosys), Shri Arvind Kejriwal (Chief Minister of Delhi), Mr. Elon Musk (of M/S Tesla) and their entire associates to pay my dues of Rs5,00,000Crores (70 billion US dollars) to me at the earliest.
Also kindly ask the Home Secretary, Government of India to issue above three written assurances to me.
