Today I must get freedom and my dues of RS.20KCRORE along with a written assurance from President of India

Today is 27.3.2020. Mera mamla RS.20KCRORE and a written assurance ka hai. RS.20KCRORE and a written assurance mil janese chup rohoonga. Otherwise churunga nahi. It is already 16years now. Nowhere in this world a human being is tortured like me in last 5000years of world history. They made more than 1lakh clones out of me. They also applied DEW and RNM along with weapon grade spyware on me. In last 16years, they tortured each and every organ of my body (including my brain, liver, heart, kidney, penis, bones etc. ). In 2009 one day they cut my heart and then hanged it from my neck. After that  my heart was swinging like a pendulum for next 24days. My brain was their worst victim. Layers of layer electronic devices they inserted into my brain. They removed one such layer of electronic devices from my brain when parliament passed Lokpal Bill. They removed another such layer of electronic devices from my brain when Mr.Barack Obama visited India in 2015. They also damaged my private part by inserting hot iron rods into thin capillaries of my private part in 2012 & 2013. They also kept Some of my family members as captive along with me. My father was also their captive. On 2.6.2013, they brutally tortured and murdered my father Late Krishna Borah. In 2008 they damaged the left leg of my elder brother Sri Rajesh Borah permanently. This is illegal, inhuman and barbaric confinement. Only motive of this illegal and barbaric confinement is to facilitate all kinds of people to make money and to take benefits such as political, economic and benefits from judiciary. Also to use my life under this captive situation for various national/ international purposes and for supreme national interest etc. One more motive of this illegal and barbaric confinement is to hack EVM machines to win elections. In fact EVM machines are hacked in India in all elections since 2006. All these at the cost of my huge sufferings and at the cost of my right, life and dignity. That's why I charged RS.15 CRORE/ hour. I sent my first petition to Prime Minister of India in 2006. Since then I sent more than 100 petitions to Prime Minister of India, President of India and to Mrs.Sonia Gandhi seeking freedom and my dues of RS.20KCRORE along with a written assurance from President of India. I also sent 17nos of Petitions to Chief Justice of India, 7 nos of Petitions to Chairman of National Human Rights Commission and 11 nos of  International community till date  seeking freedom and my dues of RS.20KCRORE along with a written assurance from President of India. I also sent total 68nos of Bills till date. I sent copy of my each bill to Prime Minister of India/ President of India, Chief Justice of India, Chairman of National Human Rights Commission and to International community seeking freedom and my dues of RS.20KCRORE along with a written assurance from President of India. Out of frustration I deleted that blog in 2010. However hardcopies of those petititions along with replies received from PMO, MHA, MIB and NHRC are still with me.
I uploaded all my petitions and my bills from 2011 to till date( along with replies received from PMO, MHA, MIB, Delhi Police, NHRC and Supreme Court) in my this blog: www.moinakon.blogspot.com  . Since 2005 Republic of India has been taking many exceptional benefits out of my huge sufferings, but at the same time failed to set me and my family members free from this illegal and barbaric confinement with my dues of RS.20KCRORE along with a written assurance from President of India inspite of my repeated plea since 2006. This Prime Minister of India, Sri Narendra Modi too promised me to pay RS.7LAKH CRORE to me in 2014 just before 2014 General Election. But he hasn't paid me RS.20KCRORE yet. I have read and heard about many monsters of this world. But this Narendra Modi is the worst monster world among all of them. Nobody is honest in India (except me). All are dalal, criminal, murderer, matchfixer and EVM machine hacker. This world will be a much better place to live without these 1.36 billion criminals (including these entire 36million people of Assam). If somebody murder entire 1.36 billion Indians (except me &my family members those who are captive along with me) in that case I don't want a single coin. Otherwise I want RS.20KCRORE and a written assurance from President of India. In fact I should get entire bill amount of RS.15LAKH CRORE. But I want only RS.20KCRORE. I'll not accept anything less than RS.20KCRORE. I also must get a written assurance from President of India that Republic of India will arrest, punish and hang DR.Pronoy Roy, Mrs.Radhika Roy, Sri Jayanta Baruah, Sri Tarun Gogoi, Md.Shahrukh Khan, Md.Salman Khan, Baba Ramdev, Sri Vineet Jain, Sri Arun Poorie, Ms.Shovana Bhartia, Mr.Mark Zuckerbeg and their entire associates if in case if I die before my age of 70years. Today (on 27.3.2020) Prime Minister of India must deposit my dues of RS.20KCRORE into my bank account and Secretary of MHA must issue a written assurance to me on behalf of President of India. And also Prime Minister of India must deploy a high power task force to set me and my family members free from this illegal and barbaric confinement.
